This is the new crop with some new Mr Q seeds, A foreign guy living here in Colombia and this seems to be his new strain.
I used the same method. First the seeds were inside a glass of water for 3 days and then inside a paper towel and they germinated in diferent days, in fact there is still one seed that has not germinated at all.
That seed never germinated, so a friend gifted me another runtz seed and a critical purple from Geaseeds.
This week I planted two of them, Juana and María. I used a plastic glass of aprox 350ml, hoping my new babies will grow normally this time. I used a bit of mycorrhizae fungi powder and watered them with the soution described above.
I'm germinating another seed and it will be ready at the end of this week.
Well that seed didn't pop up so a friend gifted me another runtz seed and a critical pruple from Geaseeds. The critical already poped up and Tomorrow 27/06 she will be in her new home, right next to Juana and Maria. The last Runtz is still germinating.,they don't germinate at the same rate, that's strange, is the first time I see that in the same genetics.
Give a warm welcome to the new lady, she is a critical purple grom Geaseeds. She will be with the runtz to fill the available space, don't forget that the blackberry gums stopped growing :(
This new ladies are happy and growing normally. I hope everything is gonna be ok with this new crop.
I'm still watering them with the same solution.
During this week I fed them with a soft solution (330uS/cm), except Paula, she is 1 week younger son next week I plan to feed her, mean while I watered her with plain water.
They are growing ok, maybe a little slow but they look fine. Juana started to show some signs of defficiency I think, so I fed them in the middle of the week.
I take them out to the solar light some mornings
This week was good. They started to show some nutrient imbalances and I'm working on it
I hope they recover but so far they are doing good.
I didn't take so many photos this week
This week I tried to correct the nutrient imbalances adding some more phosphorus and potassium with algafort. I'm worried because they seem to have stopped growing except Paula the new critical purple.
I didn't take so many photos this week because i was busy with another project. I'm looking forward for next week
The plants are still struggling for life. I'm trying not to water them a lot and with little amount of nutrients. Paula is expressing a yellowish color and I'll try to give her some nitrogen.
This week I topped the new one since it's bigger and I really enjoy LST, so i'm preparing for that
On the other hand I'm trying my best to keep the others alive and happy and not over water them
This week I also transplanted them to a bigger 3L pot.
The apixes in the ladies don't grow and i'm concern about it, don't really know why.
I'm trying to water them correctly but they are having a hard time and have been stunned for more than a month i guess
I'm removing the leafs that practically loose their color completely. You can check the nodes that have been chopped from the stems
They appear like babies but we are in week nine of veg
I'm watering them with soft solutions and trying to solve some deficiencies (I think) I noticed in the leaves
They are growing well but still with stunned apixes
Paula, the geaseeds critical purple, is growing really well but with a yellowish color, I fed her with enough nitrogen and topped this week as well
The other girls are doing ok, still stunned apixes bu they have more biomass at least
This week I topped Juana, she is growing with curled leaves and I can't figure out why she's growing that way, she doesn't look so good
The others are growing well, specially Paula
I topped Maria this week, she was the last one to be topped. She looks green and healthy but short
I also transplanted the bigger one to her final container and continued to LST her.
The 3 girls are growing good besides Juana is still growing with bad curled leaves and with really thin stems wich is not too good
This week some brownish leaves appeared, especially in Paula and Juana. I think I'm feeding them ok. I don´t want to rush applying more nutrients.
The bigger one is doing great, I was told she was planted in organic soil and she is always been healthy. I want to try more organic fashions
Transplant week! All three girls were moved to their final home (a 15L containter). They should've been moved 1 or 2 weeks ago, the roots were completely out of space
I'm spraying them with some foliar PK trying to solve the leaves issue
Curled leaves in Juana are disappearing so I'm really happy, she still had tiny stems but I hope they will get vigorous soon
The brown tips problem is stoppping as well, that's a good sign for the future.
They are growing really good and that's rewarding!
This week I switched Paula to flower stage, I like to cut 2h of light each day so my plants have 3 days to accommodate between veg and flower.
I also did a kind of top dress with a hand of each one: thricoderma powder, mychorrizae, diatom earth and Mr q power mix.
Over that I added a layer of hummus and genlty mixed the ingredients with mi fingers, Then I watered.
I did the same procedure with Antonia a week ago.
I've been pulling some leaves here and there, not too much, trying to let light get into lower colas.
Also been removing some lower suckers and mantaining the canopi as even as posible.
The biggest plants overpassed their pot edges but that always happens and I'm really happy with the training, can't wait to see those buds.
Some weeks after transplant I noticed they were drinking more water, so I've been watering twice a week with +-1.2L per plant each time.
This is the first week of flower for Juana, today 01/11 is the first day she is in 12/12 schedule.
I will be doing the same top dress for her.
They are ragging and showing some good health as well. Maria is behind them in growth but that's ok, i feel i'm running out of space right know.
Last week I accidentally broke one Maria's cola :(, poor girl. I was doing some lst and the stem was really tough. I should've been more carefull, my fault.
There is nothing much to say. They are growing healthy and looking really nice.
I'm watering them twice a week with 1L per plant. On sundays I add the nutrients and on wednesday just plain ph balanced water.
I'm trying to keep the canopi as even as possible with the ties.
I'm really happy with this grow, they are ragging in flower and starting to look amaizing
I'm watering with 1.5L twice a week
On sundays I water them with nutrients (between 0.6 and 0.8 mS) and on wednesdays I use an intermediate watering of 0.3-0.4 mS
I keep the ties tight and the canopi is so good, I love how they look.
From now on you will only see 3 plants beacause one of them happened to be a male :(. I had to get rid of that poor gentleman.
Nothing much to say, they are vibing and this stage is easy as long as they are healthy before switching to flower.
No pest issues so far, that´s an advantage for indoors but I use Top Barrier every month in a foliar application.
I also added some micro organisms at the begining of flower so that helps a lot
I'm very happy with this results. The flowers look stacked and beautiful with really nice odors coming from the buds
Looking better day by day, the smell is really strong and complex. Antonia is the one ahead and I think she will be ready in the next couple of weeks, I ran that strain once before this round and it's a good strain to begin in growing weed (Amnesia FEM Seedstockers).
Paula is behind for a week and her smell is the one I like the most, is like ripened mango, I love it
Juana is one week behind Paula and I think that strain will be flowering more weeks than the others. She was the stretcher of this round and is just starting to stack.
This week I didn't water Antonia too much, She wasn't watered in the middle of the week. She is about to be ready to harvest so I started some water stress and also reducing the ec to about 0.6-0.7 mS/cm
They are just riding this week and so their life. I check the thricomes almost every day and they are still clear.
I'm reducing the EC to 0.7 and starting some water stress.
I've also checked some buds inside looking for some mold or any other bad sign but they are gorgeus from inside all the way outside.
I'm looking forward to harvest, can´t wait but I have to be patince till the end
I didn't take photos nor videos this week so I uploaded a vid from the new round, I have 2 cutting just growing healthy and some new seeds.
You can check them on my new diary.
The girls in cuestion are really good and finishing their lives, check the next week for mor photos
I accidentally chopped a little bud but that's not a big deal, they are really close to harvest anyway.
I'm still reducing the EC and doing some water stresses to the plant but not for Juana, she is a couple of week behind and I can tell she will take more than the others to finish flowering.
This was a easy week as the last ones since I was watering with less nutrients each time and letting them dry out a bit, I just apply melafort every other water or so
This week I harvested the amnesia and that was not an easy job haha
This one was an easy strain to grow , responses fast to training which I like. This is my second time growing this strain and it never stops surprising me
Just letting them ride and chill through their last days. This week was in fact another haervest week, this time was for Paula (the critical purple from geaseeds) and I fell in love with her buds
Juana is the only one remaing and I think next week I will harvest her
This cycle was really difficult for me. At the beginning everything seemed to be bad and i didn't know what I was doing wrong. But after many reaserch and going back to the basics I finally could turn the situation and recover the plants before going to flowering stage
Well, Finally we are here harvesting the last girl. This was the most complicated for me but at the end I managed to get to flowering stage and after that it was just getting better and better
The las week I didn't water her, just half litter I think
This girl had many problems to face during her entire veg stage, I made some mistakes at the beggining and then I was able to recover the girls before switching to flower.
I didn't really like the plant much but at the end the buds are compact and in good shape. Let's wait till it dryes to taste the flavor and effects
