depplover49 Hello my dear friends and welcome to my latest diary. I was lucky enough to find some Zamaldelica by Ace Seeds. I do not know much about the strain or the brand Ace Seeds, but I have read about its legendary effects. I realize that this one packs an incredible punch and I want to do what I can to grow her into a healthy, potent beast. This diary will be updated weekly or bi-weekly or maybe even monthly. I am planning to use a lot of nutrients for this baby since I have invested a lot in different ones which are not only suitable for flower but veg as well. Thank you for joining my journey and I hope to make you proud. Have a great day and I would love to see you come back to my diary. Warning: Unfortunately this one was planted as an "experiment" so I have not given her the best start. "Giving her the best start" in my opinion is to use some special kind of soil. I have not used special soil, but instead I have used "regular soil" from the supermarket and then mixed in about 20% perlite and then added leca on top. If anything goes wrong at any time then I want to have declared this from the start. Also, I do not have the exact date when this was planted, nor sprouted. Nor does it matter really. Zamaldelica, from mid June, that is all that matters. <3

depplover49 She is looking a bit "droopy" because I have not been watering her. Sometimes I get scared to over-water, and I "solve" that by refraining from watering for a day or two. Tomorrow I will start watering her again. She will have been without water for 48-72h.

depplover49 This Zamaldelica is quickly turning into my best grow yet. She is tall and gorgeous, every single leaf looks healthy, I haven't trimmed anything and I feel like I have full control of the watering and nutrients. I hope to deliver the best harvest yet. This is by far the most exciting plant I have had.

depplover49 1 September 2022: HAHA! OMG guys I am soo stupid! I was 100% sure that this Zamaldelica was an Auto, but it was not! I was updating this diary and saw that it is now in week 12... Week twelve?! I started to read on the label, then on the website... and idk where tf I heard this but I thought this was an Auto so I have just kept the lights on for 18h per day for all this time... Haha! Well that is changed now, since a few days back, to 12/12. I will also start over completely when it comes to nutrients. A few leaves are showing bad colors, so I want to either correct those or just prevent new ones from appearing.

depplover49 She is looking really good, at least in size and amount of possible buds. I really really hope to be able to finalize this grow and get a healthy harvest. Some of her leaves are discolored, I recently gave extra Calmag and Carbon Overload. The soils pH is 6.5. It has reached these levels on its own accord, I have not given it any nutrients which specifically alters pH.

depplover49 Hey guys! She is very large and the bud sites seem to look really promising. About 10 days ago, she was completely dry. I then watered her about 1L, but the water just pooled on top of the crust-dry soil and poured to the sides and then ran down the sides of the pot and out of the drainage holes. This made me a bit scared because she now lost a lot of the water I was giving her, so now I don't know how much she has been drinking. Anyways, I left it like this and the water on the tents floor was gone the day after. I then did not water her anymore for 3 days and on the 3rd day she started to look obviously droopy, so I then gave her 2L of water. Again, the water pooled on top and ran down the sides and out of the drainage holes. In order to combat this, I grabbed another 2L and gave it, slowly, it kept pooling down to the floor of the tent. I grabbed another 2L and gave that as well, so a total of 6L of water in one day, which mostly ran straight through the pot and to the floor. I then just left her as is for a few days. Well, now about 7 days later, some of her leaves are turning brown and the edges of the leaves are pointing sharply upwards, as if they are overheated? 2 leaves have also turned completely yellow and was easy to pull off.

Did I drown my plant? Stress it? I gave a lot of water in a short duration of time, and now 7 days later she is looking terrible! Read my diary on week 17 for more info!

Having grown this strain before, I can say it likes very mild feeding and burns easily. Although you have no details at all in your diary about what fertilizers you are using, I would say this is actually burning from over feeding. Yourr plants are very dark green, Zamaldelica being a pure sativa, should be a more mild green colour when healthy. Try giving just plain water for the next 7-10 days before resuming feeding at half the strength of whatever you were doing before.
