First Timer

It's been a hot and humid summer here. One plant went to a relative as all his were males. They have grown a ton in the last month. Mostly just keeping it simple with water and light. I feed them every 4 weeks and supplemented with fish food. Lots of white hairs just popped up this past week. But we lucked at withall females. I did too them about 3 weeks ago but need some advice on if I should tip again or not. I hate to cut anythingfrom the top as they look amazing.
