Unfortunately found some red algae in the system a couple days back - this is due to the opening between the lids and buckets. Luckily the CEO of VisionaryHydro is a solid dude and he had already reached out to me with some free upgrades! Should be here within a couple weeks and I'll just have to deal with it for a second.
HAH! Scratch that - the lids showed up via FedEx while I was typing out this diary entry - Fantastic! This red algae doesn't stand a chance with no more light to live on (the new lids sit flush and have some overhang), and I will end up pumping it all out with old nutes.
