(First Grow) Northern Lights

This is my first grow ever. I am growing two plants, both feminized Northern Lights from ILGM. the seeds arrived in about 11 days and germinated them the day I got them which was July 16. Riley was the first to pop and she showed green on the 20th with Sheila following the day after. I am using 8 23 watt cfls but I'm fighting the heat during the day with both lamps on so I turned one of them off and threw both plants under it (hopefully It won't affect too much). Any suggestions on cooling the spacebucket down would be amazing. I have on intake and one exhaust fan and I use frozen bottles to try and help with temps to no avail. other than the temp the grow has been going wonderful and any suggestions will be greatly accepted!
