So here is my own strain I just finished with my breeding project. This is a auto flower strain. The only thing is that the father was a photo period and the mother was a auto flower so some of the plants will have the photo period genetics and some will carry the auto flower genetics. I’m looking for the auto flowers only. I already made a photo period strain that I’m running for the first time, so I want this cross to be completely auto flowers. I will have to pick out the auto flowers and cross them a few more times to get the full auto flower genetics. I wasn’t going to make dairy yet for this strain till I crossed them a few more times but I figured why not. So on that note I will be tossing the photo periods out and hopefully one of these three is carrying the auto genetics. I will not be crossing it. I will grow it out to see how the plant or plants do. I will cross them a few more times in the winter but for now we will let them grow out.
Transplanted them into 3 gallon pots where they will spend the rest of their lives. I am really hoping one of these two plants has the auto flower genes. Fingers crossed. Nothing really to say cause they are babies. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
Just wanted to toss it out there that one plant is close to a week behind the other. I have my fingers crossed that one of these two has the auto flower genes in it. If you read my other weeks you would know why I’m saying that. I need to cross it a few more times to get the full auto flowering genes so this is just a test run. I will cross them a few more times in the winter but because I just spent 6 months breeding and having pollen in my tents my medicine is getting low and I need some flower. Hope I don’t have to scrap this diary I just wanted to show you guys and gals my auto flower strain to be lol. No sign of early pistols yet, showing me it’s a auto but it’s still to young!
Well still no sign of early pistols showing me these plants are carrying the auto flower genes but it’s still early. If your wondering why I say that please read my previous weeks that way I don’t have to explain every week. If these plants are not autos then I will be tossing them and deleting this diary. On a good note they are both taking off and are loving life. I will let these plants grow without any training except picking the odd fan leaves off. Excited to see what another week will bring.
Well these 2 bitches are growing like a mother fucker. No signs yet that they have any of the auto flowering genes yet but who knows. The past few weeks I was saying if they are not autos that I was going to trash them but I figured I will just send them into flower anyway and try to find some autos in the winter. They have gone this far so why not. Really healthy plants overall.
So I decided that I’m going to flip one of these plants with my other strain into flower and put the other ones in a veg tent for later on. This way I can see both my new strains flower and see what they are capable of. I stripped a shit ton of fan leafs off these girls and gave them another top dressing. This weekend I will be transferring them into 5 gallon pots and flipping them to flower a week after. This strain is growing a lot more wider and bushier then my other strain. Both strains have the same father but different mothers. All of the parents were FIRE!
I had two plants each of my two new strains. I picked the best one to flower out and put the other one in my other tent for later. This is the last veg post. I’m flipping this bitch to flower. I transplanted her into a 5 gallon pot so the roots have more room to grow. I gave her a major defoliation and pulled down the branches. Pretty excited to see how she turns out.
So I have a story! My grow room was in my spare bedroom in my apartment. Contractors were working on the brick on the outside and my two walls came crashing in and destroyed all my equipment. I put all the plants outside on my balcony but summer is coming to a end fast here in Canada. This might be the end of my hobby and passion for growing because I live alone and it is very expensive living in Ontario. I can’t afford to buy new equipment. It’s legal to grow in Canada but I’m not allowed to grow in my place for some stupid reason so insurance is going to tell me to fuck off I’m sure. I’m sorry to all my followers and friends on here but something tells me I’m over. Sad because Iv had the biggest passion for the plant since I was a young lad and now my love for growing just came crashing down it destroyed me.
Well they are still alive! They didn’t herm or stress out being outside! Read my previous post if you want to know why they are outside! I’m fighting with insurance right now to try to get new growing equipment but it will be a process. The two plants are doing well and showed their first pistols. They smell amazing even in veg! Look forward to flower even though they are outside now!
Well we officially hit flower! Two huge bushy plants that are smelling so much like their parents! I have been giving them really good defoliation sessions and they are both still growing like crazy! I wish I had them under my MARS HYDRO lights but who would have guest my apartment walls would cave in on my plants and equipment! Fucking pissed but I’m trying to make the best of things! Excited to see what another week will bring!
Another great week of roasting in the sun. Even though my grow room and equipment got destroyed, I do have the best balcony for growing. I have no roof and the sun just cooks out there. She is starting to form crystals and is smelling beautiful. No deficiencies going on either. I hope it stays warm till the end of October so we can see these two plants in full bloom. Chances are because it’s outdoor weed I will turn most of it into hash but we shall see.
Well three weeks of flower is over and on to the fourth! These two plants are smelling amazing. Making my mouth water. The pheno types are pretty close to be the same. Same structure and smell. Both are starting to get really frosty. I want to breed this strain again and get some F2 seeds before I let them go out to the public. I also have another strain I want to do the same with but that will be in the future. This is just a test run for now. I still want to see how it performs indoor! Still have a ways to go, so let’s hope the cold stays away for another month!
Absolutely just frosting up! I knew I picked some good parents lol. Been a really good week but in Ontario it’s been dropping down just above zero over night. Pray for me people I can finish this grow lol. These two plants have been put through so much stress as you know if you’ve been following me. True test lol. Everything is going really well and now all my neighbours get to enjoy the great smell. Hoping for another 4-5 weeks of good weather to chop these girls down!
We are so close ladies and gents. Plants are on their last few weeks. No molds or nothing on these girls. Nothing but bomb smelling cannabis. Been a rough week for weather. Very windy and barley any sun. I’m very happy with the way things are going. I’m crossing my fingers no frost for three more weeks!
Let’s go a few more weeks. It’s getting cold out but the weather is still holding. I would love to go eight weeks. These girls are now starting to fade and slowing growth. Huge frosty buds on these plants and the smell is unreal. I can’t wait to try this strain indoor under some lights.

Well the wind and frost finished these girls off. I had to chop them a week earlier. On a good note they are still covered in trichomes. They were also cloudy when I checked. This has been a very hard grow but I pulled it off. Next post will be a harvest.
Well considering all the stress these plants went through, I’m happy with the harvest. I have 1.5oz of good jar buds and I turned roughly over a once into hash. Crazy smell coming off these buds. Fruity, strong citrus smell. I’m excited to run this again indoor!

@Hydro_Hiebs, yea I’ve wanted to for years just never have. Don’t like pollen floating around my place lol. It was a chore for sure and now I’m getting low on flower. Messed my cycle up lol
