Seeds were in a cup of water for the first 24 hrs. Then I moved them into paper towel so they could breathe. Initial tap roots appear after 48 hrs in wet towel. They are only few mm long so far. On Day 4, they are half a cm. On Day 7, seeds are ready to be planted in soil with roots about an inch long. The soil I used for the seedling was ProMix Organic Seed Starting soil with a small amount of Perlite added. The pots are 1 liter small sized plastic pots from Home Depot. I water each seed every other day with about 50ml (2tbsp) of water. By the way, I name all my plants, so Durban Poison strain's name this year is Pavla, which is my youngest sister's name. She gets a kick out of it.
