TheReefinery I've decided to go outside for a couple of autos Wedding Cheesecakes by 420 FastBuds and let them do their thing!! I assumed they would be around 12 weeks..give or take..from seeds but apparantly they're only 9 weeks!! Going outside means I'm not controlling the temperature, humidity or fan speed and nature will be taking care of that!! I'll still be using organic amendments but at half the stated dose!! If they need food they'll let me know!! And I've loaded the soil which should give 3-4 weeks of feeding until I need to reammend!! And I've switched back to soil only from coco as there are less variables to consider including calcium absorption and the doseage for feeding in coco is double the amount needed so I'll be saving massively on that but I think soil overall is a better medium!! Catch you next week for another update!! 🤙

TheReefinery Week 1 done and dusted!! 👌 They've shot straight-up and LSTing them straight away. As there's 2 girls in 1 pot..I'm looking to train them in opposite directions to avoid them encroaching in each other light!! ☀️ The soil is loaded so that should be ok for another 2 weeks before I amend with some Bloom. Until then it's just pH balanced dechlorinated water!! 💦 Specs are outside their limits as I'm having a heatwave where I am so temperatures are hitting high 20s and the RH is low but they should be fine as its nature doing its thang!! 🍃 Catch you next week for another update!! 🤙💒🧀🎂

TheReefinery Week 3 done and dusted!! 💒🧀🎂 I've been away for a week so I've missed week 2..but nothing to report back other than some big movements and minor pest issues!! 🐛 As they're outside I've got to deal with some more pests and I deal with them as folows: Slugs and snails: pellets and beers traps. The latter is just a small pot you fill with some beer and it attracts and traps slugs and snails!! 🐌 Aphids, fungus gnats and the larvae, flies and mites: diatomite and yellow sticky pads: By dusting diatomite (made of tiny sharp microscopic pieces of rock) onto the whole plant VERY sparingly it deters them enough to keep them off and the same with the soil for the gnat larvae!! And the yellow sticky pads speak for themselves!! There's photos of the above available in the snaps section!! 📸 There's also other natural ways that help me including spiders (jumping are the best as they don't spin a web and literally pick off bugs individually) and ladybugs for the aphids!! 🐞 I'm always proactive with pest control rather than reactive as doing the latter can risk whole plants and I've had that before and it sucks big time!! Especially when you're in late flower and have to sacrifice whole plants due to irreversible issues!!! 😭 Some great movement also with some minor defoliation (lowest 2 bits of growth) and some LSTing and seen in the photos!! 🍃 Catch you next week for another update including the first amendment!! 🍽️🤙

TheReefinery Week 4 done and dusted!! 🤙 Lots of growth, they're both looking healty and green with zero signs of any deficiencies!! 📊 I've given them a dusting of diatomite to keep the pests away and gave the first amendment for the flowering stage!! 🍽️ Mainly LSTing them to spread out the canopy with some minor defoliation of some lower fan leaves and smaller bud sites!! 🌿 Flowering has started as he white pistols are coming through!! The packet says 9 weeks from seeds to harvest as they're fast flowering which only gives another 5/6 weeks but I'll be playing it by ear as I think it might be another 1 or 2 weeks longer!! 👂 Did some testing on the pH which was quite low and the TDS levels were quite high...but I'm just going let them do their thing!! Plus the diatomite I've just added will help pH balance the soil a tad!! 🦕 Catch you next week for another update!! 💒🧀🎂

TheReefinery Week 6 done and dusted!! 💒🧀🎂 I've taken all the ties off except for the main stems so the lower bud sites can stretch through to the top canopy!! 🌴 The sun has been incredible along with the weather and both of them are lapping it up!! ☀️ Top dressed with Bloom2 and Mycoboost which I'll be doing weekly up until 2 weeks prior to flushing!! 🍲 The bud sites are forming nicely and it looks like there's roughly 7 sites on each so 14 altogether!! 🌿 Catch you next week for another update!! 🤙

TheReefinery Week 7 done and dusted!!! 💒🧀🎂 They've pretty much done their stretching and now the buds are starting to fill out and they're getting bigger!! 💪 Lots of white pistols coming though...some starting to turn brown already...and there's lots of frostyness coming through whc8h smells incredible!! 👃 Top dressed again and will probably have 1 more before flushing then into the home straight!! 🏎️ Catch you next week for another update!! 🤙

TheReefinery Week 8 done and dusted!! 💒🧀🎂 They're fattening up and getting frostier day by day!! ❄️ The smell coming through is incredible!! Close up there's a strong floral aroma and further away you can smell hints of the cheese!! 👃 I did some minor defiliation of some of the lower fan leaves that were start to go yellow and I've left the green ones alone!! 🍃 They've taken well to LSTing and I've been doing a lot less defoliation than before and they've come out ting and compact but with nice sized bud sites!! 👌 This is likely to be the last amendment so I've got a week or two of just plain water so all the nutes are used up!! 🍽️ Catch you next week for another update!!! 🤙

TheReefinery Week 9 done and dusted!! 💒🧀🎂 They're getting even frostier and are fattening day by day!! The tricomes are also coming along with lots of cloudy ones popping up!!! ❄️ More of the pistols are turning orange and the smell is amazing...they look like they're going to pump out some top shelf nugs!! 👌 Once that sweet spot is hit they're coming down!! But I think one more week max but will play it by ear!! 👂 Catch you next week for another update!! 🤙

TheReefinery Week 10 done and dusted!! 💒🧀🎂 And they're ready for the chop!! 🥋 The buds are dense and sticky with lots of cloudy trichomes and some amber ones too!! 👌 I'm using a small empty built in wardrobe to dry them out..whoch should take around 7-10 days from the size of the nugs!! 🕒 And the smell is incredible!! I'm looking forward to seeing what flavours they bring!! 👃 Catch you soon for the final update!! 🤙
