This plant came out very small. I think I have it nutes way too early and over watered pretty heavily. It’s still very small but started to flower… is it work trying to save for the little to nothing I’ll get from it?

Is this worth trying to save? I believe I overwatered from the jump and it started flowering super early. It’s about 3 inches tall. I have two more plants going now and this is my first ever. Should I just ditch it want focus on the new guys?

Ahhh....... autos + outdoors = disappointment.......again. If you have room, may as well let it do its thing, - better than nothing! Otherwise it is a lost cause.

Ditch it and start new. There is only loss in maintaining this grow.

It's barely reached vegetative stage from seedling, like has been said, probably get more weed with the money you save on electric and feed than it will produce, maybe 7g tops,it's roots will be nowhere in that big pot. Research potting up? Happy learning buddy!

@FLOGROWNDIARIES, Autoflowers are the only thing I grow and, unless you're an experienced gardener, they do NOT like to be transplanted... the rule of thumb with autoflowers is that you germinate them in the pot they're going to finish in.... so all my germination takes place in either 3 gallon or 5 gallon fabric pots! As for nutes, they don't like or need them for the first couple of weeks... depending on how they grow, you might start nutes by week 2 but whenever you start them, only start with 1/4 strength... the next week you can up it to 1/2 strength... and again depending on the nute brand you choose, they may never be able to go to the full strength... I use Fox Farm and never use more than 1/2 strength grow nutes... and when they get into flowering, I cut those out completely. You'll have to monitor your plants carefully to figure out whether they're tolerating the strength level you're giving them... And BE CAREFUL with any soil that already has nutes in it.. too often, these soils are "too hot" for autoflowers. Water when the plant tells you it needs water... this will be difficult to assess when it's in the early stages of growth but as it gets bigger, just lifting the pot to see if it's heavy (nothing needed) or light (needs something).... and always follow a water/feed/water/feed routine. Good luck to you - and enjoy the journey!

@pecorino, I appreciate it. I believe that pot is 5 gallon. I have some 3 gallon fabric pots I’m going to use this time. Also, I have the fox farms ocean floor soil to start the seeds off this time. I’ll ease them into the sun next time. After germination, do you recommend putting the sprout directly into the 3 gallon pot?

Looks overwatered, aswell as pecorino said. Auto's are fine without or a bit nutients. Most of the time i used them since week 3 of vegetation period for like 3 weeks maxiximum. In flowering periode o just give them water and flush them last weeka about 2 times

@DutchOutdoor, thank you for commenting!! I just started germinating two more auto sour diesels. Just placed them in 3 gallon fabric pots in fox farms ocean floor soil. I have them sitting in the shade right now outdoors for this first week. I’ll be sure to start a new journal for them. I think I’ll do this cycle without nutrients until I trusty understand what I’m doing. As for watering, I’ll space it out a lot more. They do tend to get some pretty intense direct sun during th day sometimes and it seems like the soil could use some water. Should I maybe spray them a little on very hot days? Or just not worry about it?
