It flowered on her own, is a strain wich should take around 13 weeks ... She's a bit late because of some faults I made along the way (notice the photos I posted during the diary).

A higher watt light would increase your yields and/or some bloom booster additives in your feed regimine. I don't know what mistakes you made, but you did an awesome first grow!
