Autos can be a wild card sometimes and when they start flowering is normally in the time between weeks 4 and 7.
Your plant is looking a bit dwarfed and might be entering flower. I can't fully tell but would not be surprised.
Next grow try adding in things to the soil to help aerate it like perlite and vermiculite, they will help the roots expand and create a bigger plant. Also bigger pots equals bigger plants in terms of autos, this have limits but up to 3gal a pot is good.
