à se grossissement, (trop faible pour être sure), je dirais : blanc cristallin = transparent. et blanc terne = laiteux. Et si tu remarque de l'ambré, qui ne soit pas le reflet d'un pistil, généralement sur le bord d'une feuille à sucre, Alors il y a de grande chance que se soit bon. Là je dirais encore 2 semaines, au pifomètre.

You look like your I'm ripening stage. About a week left hard to tell with just one picture. It is about 1 to 2 weeks after most the pistils turn brown it is ripe. Most cases. Good luck and enjoy
