Just used the standard paper towel method, tap root sprouted within 24 hours, I then placed it into the soil then on the 26th she popped out of the ground looking nice and healthy. I breed this strain a few years back with a male OG Kush plant, the seeds were from a mate who had them vac sealed since the early 2000's I crossed it with a female Black domina plant I had and wanted to see how it turned out, I grew it outdoors earlier this year and it turned out beautiful, had an extremely gassy fuel smell with hints of pine and citrus. Keen to see how she's goes indoors. (First times growing indoors btw) wish me luck
@PgrWeedOnly I would say that if it indeed is a male that I wouldnt let the plant get far enough along to produce any pollen
picking males for breeding should ideally be done on a larger scale .
Picking the first male you find isnt a great way to breed but thats only my opinion mate
If you believe it's a good strain, save it.
Let it open naturally and store them on a small pot with really dry silica on it. Mix with flour to apply and get infinite seed.
She's really starting to take off now I've corrected the lights height and strength, you'll see in the next week that I'll start having some pH issues, I'm usually an outdoor grower. This is my first indoor grow so I don't have all the stuff you need yet, I should be getting a pH pen and PPM metre soon.
Re-poted into a 6L pot and done some LST and fan leaf defoliation, she's showing signs of ph problems, I've just ordered pH up and down with a TDs and pH metre. Hopefully I should be able to address the issues before the plant starts getting too bad, other then that she's growing really nicely. Got a bit of a stink to it already and it's not even in flower.
I've fed it with a bit of rainwater I've caught to try and lower the pH a bit as I felt my pH might of been to high, it seems to of worked alright as the plant is looking a lot healthier, next week my pH and ppm pen will be here so I'll be able to check and make proper adjustments then.
Finally got my pH and ppm pen this week, I flushed the plant with 7.4ph water tested the run off and it was at 5.8 pH so the rain water lowered it a fair bit, the ppm was at 1800 which is my fault for feeding it a little too much power feed, I flushed it twice the run off on the second one was showing 6.9ph and 550ppm which is much better for the plant. It took the watering really well, I am a little concerned about the pre flowers I've spotted tho.
