I'm first going to germinate them and as soon as they show the first root, I will put them into the soil
Edit: 1 Seed of Strawberry Lemonade and one Seed of Bubba Kush were germinated 3 days later, to put all four pots into the growbox (advice from manufacturer)
All 4 seeds took only 36 -48 hours to germinate.
All four seedlings already sprouting out of the soil
Left ones are the earlier ones, on the right there are the two plants which germinated 3 days later
All looking healthy
It's just one week over and the left plants are going wild ^^ from a span width of 4-5 cm in the beginning they now have a width of 24 cm
The right ones are just 12-14cm span, but let's see if they still turn out as well as the others.
15.08.: Left ones got fimmed today, as they were growing so fast. Hopefully they will react positively on this with many new colas.
right ones will stay as they are for the moment.
Die beiden linken Pflanzen haben super auf das Fimming reagiert, die beiden rechten sind leider noch immer ziemlich klein im Vergleich.
Am Ende der Woche werde ich die Blüte einleiten, da die beiden linken Pflanzen sonst noch größer werden und die Box überfüllt ist.
Schon jetzt habe ich immer wieder Schwitzwasser an den großen Blättern die bei dieser Menge häufiger übereinander liegen.
Heute wird die LED auf 12/12 umgestellt

Yes this is a perfect time to start the flowering period!
You should do some training aswell to create airflow and to keep the buds away from eachother and on the same height.
LST and defoliation from the leaves that block the light from leaves and buds below!
This will become a beautiful plant that will give us all a big fat green smiley! 😋

If you think you have enough room to let it grow some more, let it grow.
If your room is already getting crowded, you'll want to flip into flower.
Some cultivars can triple their size when stretching, so you have to take that into consideration when growing indoors.

I think you will be happy with the results if your switch right now to flowering stage at 12/12
Your grow space is looking a bit crowded so use your lst and manage the canopy well, it should give you a great harvest.

Wie man sieht haben die Pflanzen ziemlich gut auf das Fimming reagiert. Es wurden jeweils zwei neue Haupttriebe gebildet und auch weiter unten haben sich neue Triebe gebildet, die allmählich durch das Blätterdach kommen.
Leider ist die Box jetzt doch ziemlich voll geworden, weshalb ich zu Beginn der Woche einige Blätter unten entfernt habe. In der nächsten Woche werde ich wieder einige entfernen müssen, um ein zu dichtes Blätterdach und Schwitzwasser zwischen den Sonnensegeln zu vermeiden.
Ich habe die Pflanzen extra die ganze Woche noch auf dem Podest gelassen, damit sie näher an der Lichtquelle sind und der Stretch (hoffentlich) nicht mehr als zu extrem weiter geht. Mitte oder Ende nächster Woche werde ich das Podest rausnehmen und darauf hoffen, dass sie nur noch einige Zentimeter weiter nach oben wachsen.
Ich habe Angst, sie zu sehr in dieser empfindlichen Phase zu stören, will aber auch nicht, dass das Blätterdach komplett zuwächst. Wann sollte ich mehr von den Blättern entfernen und wieviel ungefähr?

Ideally if you need to defoliate its only for allowing better airflow and light penetration to the lower bud sites but i'm not seeing a lot of bud sites so no point.
If you are going to defoliate you only want to remove the bigger fan leaves and not so much the smaller ones.
But again, I don't think your canopy needs it so much. Maybe later once it starts to stretch more.

Growers use deoliation for 2 reasons.
The first reason is to create airflow when the leaves are laying on top of eachother.
And the second reason is creating equal light for every budsite and branch. So for example cut a few large leaves on the top that block the sun light for all the leaves below.
I would defoliate the lowest 30% from your plants. The whole branches not just leaves and buds.
And I would cut 1 of the leaves when there are 2 leaves laying on top of eachoter. This will stop the airflow and the bottom ones will be moist from the transpiration of the one in top. This moist can become rotten or fungal.
You can do defoliation now and a last one again in 2 weeks. This way your plant is fully focussing on the big, fat and juicy buds!

Die zwei großen Strawberrys entwickeln sich prächtig und hätten für diese Größe vollkommen ausgereicht.
Die Bubba Kush hingegen bereitet mir Sorgen, da sie von einem satten grün in ein fahles Gelb übergeht.
Die kleinste Strawberry wächst noch immer sehr kompakt und buschig. Sie hat sehr viele Seitentriebe gebildet, zeigt aber noch keine Anzeichen einer Vorblüte.
Ab der nächsten Woche wird das untere Gestell entfernt, damit die Lichtverteilung über die gesamte Wuchsfläche besser verteilt ist.

I really think its just a pigment mutation of some sort. As that looks like a mobile nutrient def, but its to damm perfect to be anything other than a pigment mut.
Die Pflanzen haben in dieser Woche ordentlich an Blütenansätzen gewonnen. Die beiden Strawberry Lemonade links verhalten sich vorbildlich.
Die rechte hellgrüne Bubba Kush kommt nicht wirklich in die Gänge. Sie hat erst gegen Ende der Woche begonnen eine Vorblüte zu bilden.... immerhin.
Die kleine SL ganz hinten rechts ist mein Sorgenkind. Sie hat mach immer noch keine Anstalten zu Blühen und scheint "stehengeblieben" zu sein. Ich werde sie noch weiter beobachten, aber sollte längere Zeit nichts passieren, werde ich sie wohl aus dem Growschrank entfernen, da sie sonst nur Platz wegnimmt.
Die Entlaubung Mitte der Woche haben alle Pflanzen gut überstanden
She should have set her flowers by now, to be honest.... and now, she's not even able to fight for the 12 hours of light you're giving her... Personally, I'd remove her from the tent and let the others have more room... Perhaps you have a friend who has room in a veg tent she could share some space with? Perhaps if she got more light, more growth, she would indeed flip to flower when the lights are flipped.... just a thought...

It could just be slow due to genetics, id give it another week and see if she picks up..

Leider merke ich immer mehr, dass vier Pflanzen keine gute Idee waren. Die beiden linken SL hätten vollkommen ausgereicht. Sie entwickeln sich prächtig.
Bubba Kush wächst trotz mehrmaligem Biegen und komplettem Abknicken immer wieder bis an die Decke und kümmert sich kaum um die Blütenbildung. Daher werde ich den Grow Dünger ab der kommenden Woche reduzieren.
Die kleine SL hinten rechts sieht nicht gut aus. Sie sieht eigenartig verkrüppelt aus und wächst kaum bis gar nicht. Daher wird sie am Ende der Woche von ihrem Podest heruntergenommen, um mehr Platz für die anderen zu schaffen
Das Blattwerk oben wird langsam zum Problem, weshalb Ende der Woche noch einmal ein Entlaubung ansteht.
Die Bubba Kush bleibt in der Growbox und wird hin und wieder nach unten gebogen. Hoffentlich setzt sie ab nächster Woche mehr Energie in die Blüte, anstatt ständig an die Lampe zu wachsen -_-
Die dritte kleine SL fliegt Ende der Woche komplett raus. Es hat keinen Sinn. Wenn man sich die Bilder betrachtet (folgen noch), sieht man sehr gut, dass die Pflanze enorm gestresst ist und mit sehr großer Wahrscheinlich keine ordentlichen Blüten zu stande gebracht hätte. Daher fliegt sie raus und die anderen Pflanzen werden neu arrangiert.
Die beiden SL haben die Entlaubung letzte Woche gut verarbeitet und stecken ihre Energie nun in die Blüten, wie geplant. Sie verströmen jetzt schon einen wirklich extrem leckeren Geruch: Süß, nach Beeren und Limonen. Also genau wie beschrieben. Ich hoffe, dass sich dieses Terpenprofil gut konservieren lässt :)
Die Bubba Kush ist mir noch immer ein Rätsel. Sie steckt kaum Energie in die Blüten sondern versucht jedesmal nur wieder ihren Stamm gerade zu biegen. Einen so starken Widerstand habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt: Der Knick auf dem letzten Bild hatte schon einmal einige Wochen vorher eine 90°Grad Biegung und hat sich innerhalb von 2-3 Wochen fast wieder vollständig gerade gebogen 😨
Ich musste die Pflanze mehrfach um 90°Grad biegen, was sie aber innerhalb weniger Wochen wieder ausgeglichen hatte. Jetzt habe ich sie erneut gebogen und trotzdem versucht sie immer nur den Stamm wieder gerade zu biegen und bildet ihre Blüten kaum aus. (Knicke waren notwendig)
Ciao! Qualche volta succede che lo stress prodotto nel punto di rottura impedisca ai nutrienti di scorrere, io non pratico mai HST così, di solito lst che non influisce sul fluire dei nutrienti :)
