Try not to water too much of the soil and less water. With such a small plant only the soil about 2 or 3 inches around the plant should be wet. the roots are still probably small and do not reach out to the edges meaning the moisture does not easily get used up and ends up stagnating due to excess.
Use no more than 250 ml (maybe less) of water at a time. Use a spray bottle to mist the soil and let it soak SLOWLY and you will not need to add much water but check it regularly and let it go dry naturally for at least half a day or so. Plants need dry times to force the roots to grow and stretch to look for more water. With soil that is always wet the roots have less need to grow longer.
Do not water close to lights off, only when light will be on for multiple hours.
Next time you water add Epsom Salt into your water. You can do this once a week to once a month as needed. Use 1 TEASPOON Per Liter of water (1 Tablespoon Per Gallon of water). I always add Epsom Salt to my grow in week 2 or 3 to prevent yellowing and nutrient deficiency. When the plant is young it does not need much nutrients and with fresh soil the soil is still not very biologically active. Many nutrients may not be available. Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) helps break down nutrients in the soil naturally. Magnesium is necessary for the proper absorption of Calcium and usually "calcium deficiency" is actually lack of nutrient "availability" in the soil and not a deficiency per say. Adding more nutrients in many cases will not solve the problem because it is the wrong nutrient or the PH is off and now the nutrient is not available for use.
From my research Epsom Salt is non-toxic to most plants, meaning it is almost impossible to give "too much". Making it very safe for using on new plants. Most commercially available "Liquid Flush" products are nothing more than liquid Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) which works faster than using granulated version. They can be used in this same manner but I would not follow the directions given for a full flush. Rather I would use the measurements given but not actually "flush" the plant, just water it like normal with a small amount, no runoff with a plant this size as it will not be able to soak up the excess moisture.
Another thing you can do is use Molasses in early stage to increase and promote biological activity in the soil. Approximately 1 Teaspoon per liter of water. Only do it once every 2 or 3 weeks at this stage. Dissolve the Molasses in the water and PH AFTER to make sure it is not too high. Sometimes I add Molasses, Epsom Salt and Kelp Meal all in the same watering and I have had no negative effects. Watering with molasses will also help dry out the pot, for some reason molasses causes increased water intake from the plant which will result in the pot drying out much faster than it would if you had just used water. This trick only works so much and will have large diminishing returns on such a small plant. Do not do it every watering and keep the amount at 250 ml and move it to 500 ml water once the plant gets bigger.
To mix smaller amounts of water use the liter with 1 TEASPOON and put the extra in your garden or grass, DO NOT KEEP AND RE USE IT. It will eventually go bad and the PH will fluctuate. You could mix a smaller amount but it will be more difficult to have an accurate solution and PH value.
The final thing (Do not do this until the plant looks a little better because it might make things WORSE and it is not good to change too many variables at once) I would say is that the length of the plant stem (and lack of green) may indicate that it could use more light. If possible I would try to make the light 1 INCH closer and leave it like that for at least 1 week (maybe 2 weeks) and observe the plants reaction. It takes time for the plant to show if it is happy with the light increase and if it is not happy it takes time for the leaves to show negative signs, which you will not notice if your plant already looks sad which would probably lead to plant death if the leaves cannot handle the increase in light.
Hope this helps.
