I really hope I don't come off as a total asshole, but it looks you have a spider mite problem. Those little bastards have given me fits. I haven't really found anything to control them, besides using a pump up hand sprayer with water to wash them off.

@Bhodidharma, Hi bro! I know from the moment I saw them... she's not the only girl affected in my garden... don't worry, you don't seem like a complete idiot... I know many effective remedies against these bastards, but they don't bother me outdoors anymore… when they go outside, they are totally clean of mites... and as the flowering progresses... so do the spiders... every year they end up appearing bro... I live in the middle of nature on a subtropical island... .
