One is better than none!
Germination- Only sterile water was used to soak the paper towel, five days later we had one that was ready to be planted.
The Pot Preparation- Terra Firma Coco Pro was amended with the Bokashi Pro Gro and Fish Shit, Myco4 was used to help promote the root growth.
Things are looking good for this girl, the X80 has been replaced by the X420 and she has responded quite well to this change. So far she has had two feedings this week, it seems to have given her a boost already which is good because she needs to keep on Growing Strong!
Things are looking good and she is in the growing groove. There have not been any issues to report which is always good, the light switch did not faze her and it is now running at 50%.
This girl is on the move and she has had a busy week. Adjustments have been made to the ventilation system and the light has been raised about 6 inches because she had a bit of a curl in her leaves. Another issue was the appearance of brown spots which he figures was due to not feeding everyday so the watering in between has come to an end and she is eating well on a daily. The LST was applied with safety pins along with wire wrap that had been attached to the sides of the fabric pot and many branches have been removed to keep her body structure balanced. The light schedule will soon be switched to 12/12 and the blooming stage can begin. One thing is for sure, her scent is one of the strongest we have had the pleasure of smelling and just the act of defoliation sends an aroma throughout the house. This is quite the girl, in spite of the rough start she had she is doing her best to grow strong!
This beauty is doing well, she is at Day 12 in her bloom cycle and she is stinky. Her width was starting to outgrow her space so she had a really good clean up and we hope for some nice big pops on top!
This girl has got to be one of the strongest smelling plants that we have ever had in the house, just taking a leaf off will send a mouth watering aroma through the air and we love it. There are no complaints with this girl, she is getting quite tall and filling in nicely.
Things are moving quickly now, the flower sites are beautiful and the aroma gets better day by day. A few lower branches have been removed to allow for more light as well as air flow to reach the centre and she is so full now that she has to be tucked inside the tent each night. Other than that she is bulking up nicely and she has been a very pleasurable plant to grow thus far.
As you can see a lot can take place in four weeks, it has been extremely busy with the outdoor garden harvest to say the least. This plant has an issue with powdery mildew that she just can’t let go, no matter the method it comes right back. There are obvious signs of trauma to the leaves from the recent attempt to clean her up and she is looking pretty worn out. It is approximately day 60 for this stinky lady so her harvest day will soon come and she will definitely get a good wash in the end. It is wonderful to have such an amazing aroma throughout the house but it is disappointing to see her in such rough shape. Regardless of it all, we appreciate her journey.
