Day 1 out of the ground, they will be transplanted and topped somewhere around day 20. I’ve had great results using this method…quality autos are far more resilient and can withstand more stress than crappy genetics.
Currently growing in promix HP, no nutes for the first week.
20C/60%RH.
Day 14 out of the ground. They are growing very fast so they were transplanted to their final pot of 4 gallons, I used dynomyco in the process. Next update at day 21 !
Day 21 out of ground and the first white pistols are already showing. I was planing to top them but with flowering already in progress, it’s unfortunately too late ! Next update at the end of week 4 on day 28 !
Day 28, full flowering mode ! Fast and vigorous growth this week. Plants are healthy and happy. Two different phenotypes seem to be showing. The tall, branchy and wide internodes pheno seems to be flowering faster a little bit.
Day 35 from sprout, did some leaf tucking and minor LST to the lanky pheno to keep it at the same lamp distance as the two others. So far it’s a really easy to grow plant, it’s fast growing and super healthy.
Day 49, the pheno on the right seems it will be finishing faster than the two others. Buds are already very dense, especially for the end of week 7 only.
Day 56, beautiful colours coming out, buds are hardening. Mephisto calls for 75 days on this one, the next 2-3 weeks should be very interesting. Fuel, chemical, gassy smell. The creme de la chem traits can be clearly identified as the flowering comes to an end.
Buds are medium dense, yield was lowish around 1oz/plant, bag appeal is amazing with those dark purple hues and contrasting bright white frost
Short, fast, easy to grow strain, not my favourite mephisto strain but definitely worth growing at least once.
8,5/10 overall
