Once she sheds her shell you don't want the humidity dome( or to even use one at all).
Your in a large pot so watch out how much you water. a lot will be stored and it will seem dry all be in the soil. Feel the weight to judge when to water.
The yellowing could be minor damage from shedding the shell, to much water and a sign of root issues( 500ml is a lot of water for that little one), to much fertilizer( even at 50% that can be a lot for a small plant. I don't feed until I see the beginning of the third "True" leaves or if I do its only 25% concentration)
Look at the first 2 weeks of this grow to see how little water is needed. ****Ignore fertilizer as it has some in the soil mix to start with.
