You did a great job the first weeks!
You can start using nutrients soon. Do not use to much! You can start with 20% of the dosage that is adviced on the bottle. Then add + 5% from this amount every week till you reached 50%
This should be enough to let her flower and grow big, fat buds!!!

It would be helpful if you filled out your diary a little more - give us the conditions - heat, humidity, distance to lights, pH level, that sort of thing. But in general, your plant looks very healthy and good. If you're concerned she's not tall enough, that's probably an issue with having the lights too close to her - she doesn't NEED to stretch and get taller to get to the light... but I can't say for certain because, again, there's no information.
You're right in not giving her nutes at this age - autos don't like to have nutes for the first couple of weeks.. but you're getting to the point where they would start to appreciate something to eat. Start this slowly - only about 1/4-1/2 strength for the first feed... if that goes well, you can increase it the next feed.
