She is a beaut 😮 started producing trichomes now so a couple of weeks and she should fatten up. Absolutely blown away by this strain.
Added yellow and blue insect traps and placed her on a bed of expanded clay pebbles.
Topped up her calmag before the fattening. I also have nemosys coming tomorrow to battle the gnats and thrips to deal with the issue once and for all
She has an infestation of spider mites, I thought they where thrips turns out i got it wrong as the spider mites are feeding on the nematodes i sprayed for thrips. I have some predatory mites coming in the next few days to clear the plant and tent :)
Wow!! That looks impressive! The pistils look like spaghetti for god's sake! And the buds are stacking up and bulking up beautifully! Fantastic job... I'd say you're spot on with your estimate of 3-4 weeks - and I can't imagine what it's going to look like then! WOW!
Enjoy your "free time" before you have to head to trim jail!
So it turns out the Thrips were not Thrips at all they are bloody spider mites. Noticed them feeding on nematodes after spraying. Predator mites on there way and sprayed with an 1-8 iso mix. Now should i rinse the plant with just water before adding the predators?
Same as stcky traps should be away with natural predators, till end of infestation, same thing with alcohol, you apply one , then bugs. They all are sensitive to quick moist lost ...
Had a ruff week with pests but finally got the fungus gnats dealt with nematodes did there job.
Discovered that what I thought where Thrips where actually spider mites got some predators today and added them to the grow space… the war begins
Hey hey growmies. So the mites, alcohol, nematodes did not stop the rampage of the spider mites. Now my question is should I crop her now? Most of the leaves are now yellowing but im noticing webbing higher up the plant. She has a week max naturally
Wait till it's ripe, the infestation isn't to the point where buds are damaged or coverered in mites and webbing. The mites won't persist after you harvest and dry too...so only you will know it had mites after you trim.
