Finally have my first grow under my belt and the buds are curing in their jars! i was a bit over bearing on this grow as it was my first time and there are a few things that i now know i would do differently. All in all i'm more than happy with how this plant turned out. Grew fast and bushy. A lot of defoliation and lst was needed. Fed this plant Sensibloom from advanced nutrients along with a few others from their lineup. Might have over done it on the nutrients during the last couple weeks but im having the best time learning. Also, I'll definitely lollipop the next plant because I had some airy buds down below but they still turned out ok. I've found gardening as a source of therapy for me which is the most important thing. Cant wait to grow this strain again. FAST BUDS FTW!
This was my first grow and my first set up and the spider farmer products I used were outstanding. Quality made products that did what they were made to do! My next run I want to upgrade to a 5x5 and see what I can do with all the extra space!
Watching this plant grow has been really fun and taught me a lot about taking care of a plant and what to watch out for. Can't wait to see what i can do on my next grow already!
what am i doing wrong? buds dont seem to be developing to well. At first they were but now they arent getting very big, sugar leave tips turned bright yellow and the top colas seem to be drying out. Light distance too close?
This is a respectable first grow. Coco is a bit harder to master than soil. I’d be very happy with what you accomplished. Autoflowers throw so many variables in the mix that you can’t account for.
I’d say maybe a bit over fertilized, or some salt build up causing tips like that. I’d maybe do real light feeds next 5 days and chop by the looks of things.
Try some photo genetics.. much easier to steer things in the right direction and have a predictable timeline.. and so many more other things
Also the defol mid flower was a BIT overkill IMO for an auto. Nice work tho truly on your first grow
Thanks a bunch for growing our Forbidden Runtz Auto, & for sharing this diary with us :)
We hope that it was a nice experience, and that you enjoy the harvest!
