21/09 - I had to harvest the plant due to fungal rust. I tried some different IPM but the infection kept spreading. I made a homemade drying box with an exhaust on the top and put a ventilator inside. Hoping to get a good dry. I'm gonna open after 4 days to check the stems and every 2 days after that.
In general, it was an excellent experience for my first grow, did some rookie mistakes and tried various techniques, which did some good and some bad to the plants. Definitely this experience is gonna help in the next grows.
After the drying period, I'm weighing both the belowground growth (roots) and aboveground growth (leaves, flowers, and stems) to compare to future grows.
Only on one leaf of one plant. Is this some fungus or virus?
It looks a bit like coffee rust, but I couldn't find anything else like it.
How should I proceed?
Thanks in advance!
Pretty certain this is Leaf Spot Fungus otherwise known as Rust Fungus... and you'll need to jump on this quickly as it spreads fast... it spreads by spores that you can't even see so don't think you've got any time to waste here... I won't go into all the details of what you need to do as this article is very thorough.. Do give it a read and get going so you don't lose your entire grow...
