The near to dying plant has now recovered and is growing like crazy. It hasn't however sprang in to flower with the other plants and is a bit slow on the go.
Very leggy plants with the shiniest leaves I have encountered.

@CRiSPrGrow, yeah. Just done it again too. Its no big deal, just annoying and as you say it may help the other flowers/THC production. They weren't major stems, just offshoots anyways.

The crazy thing is though that you cant get both strains from the same place... The worlds mad!
