Mountaintop Mint - clones

Wanda I didn't want another photo crop just yet, but, that last Mountaintop Mint crop I ran (am running) is the best plants I've gotten so far and I wanted more. Lots more.

Wanda I'm going to make some seeds from Ms Fluffy clones this round.

Wanda The plants in the flower tent need to hurry up. I harvested the other plants. Cleaned the tent. Transplanted these and tucked them into their permanent homes. 👍

Wanda Transplanted. Moved to the big tent. Flipped to flower. I want this stuff done asap. It's not really a sog and not really a scrog. Kind of a soggy scrog. 😂 The single clone in the 1gal pot is going to be used to force pollen so I can make some Ms Fluffy seeds.

Wanda They're starting to flower and fill in the net pretty good too.

Wanda This one is still in veg waiting on the others to get big enough to pollinate. I've started spraying it with colloidal silver. Hindsight, I maybe should have started spraying it last week.

Wanda Got the one Ms Fluffy in it's isolation tent. I've been spraying it with colloidal silver. Had to do some hst on it. That tent is super short. The other 4 are doing good. I defoliated them and they grew like 3 inches overnight.

Wanda They're all doing well. Looks like I may be seeing tiny pollen pods on the one. My plan seems to be working. 👍

Wanda They look happy. That one is starting to look like a hermie. I sure hope I get some pollen out of it.

Wanda Looking good. I'm probably going to toss the other one out. It's showing zero signs of hermie, pollen sacks, nothing but contaminated flowers that can't be consumed. I think my colloidal silver was too old to use. I found it in my mom's stuff. Now I'll have to try again.

Wanda It's so funny to me the huge differences in these clones that are all the same strain.. The Ms Fluffy version smokes like menthol pot. The other I have named Dank Lil Sister, she's minty, but only lightly on the exhale. Both are pretty fabulous.

Wanda They're still happy campers. I really wish my colloidal silver had worked on that other clone. I'm not mad that I'm still getting a nice crop of flower though.

Wanda They're starting to smell like rotten cantaloupe. They're happy though..

Wanda Top dressed them with some bone meal and raised the EC levels a bit. It seems they have the munchies. 😊 They're pretty happy though.

Wanda They're still pretty happy. I raised the EC levels again. The top buds on the Ms Fluffy cut are not bulking up like they did on their mom. 🤷‍♀️

Wanda I had to add another net to support the Ms Fluffy cut. It's too hard to kill the light leaks between the nursery and the flower space, so, it's in there on the diagonal using the hooks from the first net. It's working. 🤷‍♀️

Wanda They're almost done. These didn't produce the giant buds the last crop produced. I didn't veg them much and feed them lighter. Makes a big difference, apparently.

Wanda Got some nice purple fade going on. They're close to done. I've learned a lot about this plant this time around. She prefers warmer temps, a long af veg time and full strength nutes from day 1. I'm still curing the last crop of this. It likes an extended cure time too. This plant is time consuming but worth the effort.

Wanda I took away their silicon and cal-mag. They're going to be mad about that. Harvest time is finally on the horizon.

Wanda All I can say at this point is, Hurry Up! These buds aren't huge because of the way I did things, but, they are sticky af and solid. I'm not mad at them. I'm just getting very impatient with them.

Wanda This plant takes F O R E V E R to grow. Worth the smoked though. I've never tasted another strain even close to it. It's flowery menthol pot. Love me some Ms Fluffy. I'm keeping a mom. I think she'll do wonderful in someone's outdoor crop.

Wanda Long ass grow time. Worth the effort. It's one of the most unique strains I've found
