These girls got a lot today. After being in the small tent, I've moved them to the 2x4. I just cut the Pai gow and get to dry that by itself in that tent. Helps with humidity control. So these were moved over.
I had to defoliate quite a bit which isn't ideal this late in flower. But had to due to a new light penetration situation. Also didn't want to ruin the muffins right next to them by taking away light. The muffins are almost done so won't be an issue for long.
These girls smell absolutely amazing. I can't stress enough the citrus smell. My wife, who thinks this plant smells terrible and never likes any of the smells, admits this plant smells like straight citrus. It's even starting to turn purple on some spots which would make this amazing. Only wish I took a cut to clone which I've never said before.
@MrHightimes, I have on the bottom side but surprisingly not a whole lot to take off. This girl grows straight up so looks really full but not covering up top sites. I appreciate all advise though. I'll look to defolitate today and update the diary tomorrow. Thank you!
What kind of terps you getting from her before harvest? I have one that just hit 8 weeks and looks very similar! I'm curious how different the nose is between phenos.
But she looks good and nice canopy!
@Putzinator, oh wow! I can't believe you got one of these. I really wish I kept a clone.
I'm getting very strong citrus and orange smells. It's heavenly. Even as it drys it has that strong citrus. I ran it 9.5 weeks due to the trichomes. However I could say it lost some of those strong smells in the final weeks. So consider if you really like the smells cutting a pinch early.
