Germination 07/09/2022
Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket.
The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent.

Week 1. 14/09/2022
Spring is full on here acourding to Google but it's just not getting warmer. Full blow rain and wind. Had to bring in the tent that I got for protection. This will impact the grow and hopefully not too much.
Finally the Sun is out and it's feeling like Spring. Time to get the soils biology in the right space. I cooked up a Tea that focuses on the Micro nutrition, Root development and Pest control. Use a airpump and lift it out for about 24 hours after the mix.
Tea ingredients:
Aloe Vera
Garlic
Cinnamon
Molasses
Fish Poop
Prawn juice

Week 2 21/09/2022
In my region I don't get 18 hours of sunlight. In the long term this will have a major effect but... it's not the size of the wand but the wave of the magic. I'm happy with a healthy short plant.
Did a transplant to the 10 liter pot. Some nice roots and it seems like it's not hitting the sides of the cup to hard. Only found out later that planting it in it's final pot from the start is the best option. Hopefully it won't have such a big effect.

Week 4 05/10/2022
The plant seems to be doing well. I feel it's healthy enough to start feeding. Still a bit unsure when and how much to feed. I'm sure I will get the feel. Starting out slow and steady.
Used a Mortar & Pestle to grind some oyster shells and mussel shells. Added it to the soil and also added some ash.
Low Stress Training is a big phrase for the amount that I did. Still testing it out.

Cannabis is a really amazing plant. I have observed it very careful and intensely. I think people need to take their heads out of the clouds and start looking at the things that really matter.
I see some healthy pestles. This is outdoor so they are most probably going to pollinate. Some good seeds for next year.

Hi Growers. What do you recommend? Push till week 10 and flush at week 9 and only water week 10. Aim for week 8 and feed till week 6 and flush at week 7 and water only week 8? I use coco and BioBizz.
You look to be a little over half way through bulking. I am a Coco grower as well. About 3 weeks left. Last 2 weeks just pH water. Really after 1 week if you flush it good when you start pH water you can harvest any time after. It's a ripening preference of the grower at that point.
