Thanks for all previous comments , girls are clearly bigger than in previous week , everything is going to plan , ph wattering is measured now and always 6.5 , temperature around 29-26Β°C all daylong, mostly 27Β°C , pineapple started growing , but not sure that will keep her there , maybe I'll find another pot and keep that place for better genetic seed , but very interesting what will came out.

I wouldn't worry about it - first leaves are often a bit funky... what I would worry about is that you've transplanted her! Autoflowers like to be germinated in the pot they're going to finish in so they don't have to undergo the stress of transplantation... Treat them gently, no nutes for the first couple of weeks and they should all be fine.

Not all seeds are destined for greatness, some just don't make it, and this Pineappple Express is one of those.
Seeds are random organic beings and are not guaranteed to be 100% perfect.

Actually your issue is too much nutrition, which has caused your ph in soil to likely drop below working range. What is run off ph? Ppm or ec? Are you getting good run off? I think you are correct in your guess. There is multiple deficiency signs going on is what leads me to this conclusion.
