I was recently told about this website and thought I would give it a try. Started low stress training during this week. Also removed some of the shade leaves to make room for the new growth to get better light because it is vary compact and has little space for thing to grow.

Did a heavy defoliate on 10/29/22. Still vary compact and hard to see the inner growth from the outside. Going to wait a few days then do another defoliate to get light to new growth.

-11/19/22 lots of buds all over. started lollipopping so that it focuses on bigger flowers near the tops of the branches, trying to lower the amount of popcorn nugs when its time to harvest.

-11/26/22 some buds but killed most, still short and compact. Removed some branches that were not flowering to free up space for the ones that are. Light sent but can't place a similar sent yet, should increase in the weeks to come.

-12/31/22 sprayed with neem max this week because of aphid infestation, aphids are dead but leave haveing some problems from the spray. Purple is starting to show up in the buds, also still smells fruity/floral. Flushes for about two weeks and will start drought stress for the last few weeks.

-1/7/23 removed some of the dead or dying leaves, continuing with drought stress. Will most likely harvest some time next week. Still has strong sweet sent and is gaining some orange on the leaves and buds.

This plant was better than expected, had an aphid infestation at late flower but was fully cured before harvest. No other problems with this plant and I will be doing more of this strain in the future.

This plant had a short and stocky profile and the branchs off the main stem were centimeters from each other. I now know what not to do when growing this strain and will be growing more in the future. Buds are green with notes of purple and orange, smell fruity and sweet with hint of floral.

I have a question , I’m gonna be running this same strain from ILGM in 2023. Would you say that this strain would react to more defoliating during grow or super cropping some of the branches to get rid of small growth? I’ve read it can be a rather tall plant so just wondering lol. Nice grow, and Good Luck in the future!! 💯👊🏻

@Jimmy_Jankens, talking about defoliation, I’ve started trying to do it in rounds. Week 3-4 in veg or about a week before the flip. Then once again 2 weeks later and then another round 2 weeks from that. Midways through flower Or around week 5 is a good week to remove any leaf blocking a bud site!! Best of luck 💯👊🏻

@Jimmy_Jankens, I ran into the same issues early on with my White widows. I added a new light into the mix and I think I had it turned up to high. The plants worked out of it after some PPFD measurements and light adjustments. If you haven’t taken the time to download a meter or purchase one do it now lol. It really seemed to turn my plants around. I kept the number between 5-600 during veg. Turning my dial slowly increased to 900-1000 during flower. Hope this helps 👊🏻

@Mule420, maybe try a malti screen low stress training style so that you can keep all the branches and make enough space for them to grow properly, another idea is a Top and ScrOG. Whatever way you choose to do it I'll be watching and taking notes for my next time growing this strain.
