It started germinating on 8/31/22. It sprouted on 9/3/22. Excited to grow for the first time, it just became legal in the state that I live in.

I was recently told about this website and thought I would give it a try. Started low stress training during this week. Removed some shade leaves so that new growth can have more light.

More low stress training and removed some shade leaves so that new growth could have more light. Started tie down on side #1 & #2 so that younger branches will have space to grow.

Growing tall and strong. Did heavy defoliate to open up space for inner growth. Lots of new grown on the inner sections, will do more defoliation in a few days.

11/12/22 growing strong and healthy, light insect problem but I think I finally fixed that. Starting to grow hairs all over and I have only been spraying it with water.

-11/19/22 lots of buds all over. started lollipopping so that it focuses on bigger flowers near the tops of the branches, trying to lower the amount of popcorn nugs when its time to harvest.

-11/26/22 has some bugs but killed most. She is doing good, buds are starting to fill out. Little to no sent yet but maybe it will soon. Under growth is looking great and almost every branch has a top bud forming.

-12/3/22 has started to gain sent but is week, gets stronger when touched. Finally got rid of the aphid problem and they shouldn't come back. Flowers looking good and starting to fill out at the tops of the branches.

-12/17/22 didn't remove anything except aphids this week. ladybugs are on their way, should be here next week. Starting to smell like herbal and spice, others say it smells skunky. Should only be a few more weeks til harvest.

12/24/22 vary low maintenance this week, watered without nutrients and killed some aphids. Only a few more weeks until it's going to be ready to harvest.

-12/31/22 sprayed with neem max this week because of aphid infestation, aphids are all dead but plant leaves are starting to have some problems from the neem max spray. Flushed for the past two weeks or so and will start drought stress for the last few weeks before harvest.

Happy Harvest Day!

This was one of two plants that I started at the same time and both were the first time I have grown cannabis. This plant stayed short but it may have been caused by the lights being to close to plant and will try different distance on the next plant. Had aphid infestation and at one point there were so many on this plant that aphids were on top of other aphids, although there were aphids there was no other problems with this plant

-1/5/23 harvest day, Don't have a way to check weight of wet harvest so a guess was made and when it is done hang drying in a few days I will check weight after trim. This plant doesn't really have much of a sent but it's there if you squeeze a bud.

@ernest_twwg thanks for the heads up with a viewable reference, the difference is noticeable with those two plants.

If it’s not an auto flower I’d recommend adding a screen. This strain does well in a scrog grow. To late now, but next grow you should definitely top your plants. Other than that looking good! Any questions feel free ask. Happy Growing Bud!

@ernest_twwg, hmm, that’s something I’ll keep in mind. I haven’t done a proper scrog yet, but had a few plants, that were only topped once, that I feel would’ve been great in a scrog. I get what you’re saying though. Probably not worth the extra time to recover then start growing again after topping.
ernest_twwg
ernest_twwgcommented2 years ago
@MrHyde, only the lateral branches grow once topped. It's counterproductive to top a plant that you want a bunch of lateral branches to form. HSTing the top not only switches the vertical growth to lateral growth, but also acts as a whole nother branch that will keep spitting out more branches. Topping a plant you are going to scrog adds on a lot more time than you think. Take a look at my "gdp for reals" diary. You can see the difference it makes over weeks of growth.

@ernest_twwg, I like to top once when doing a scrog because the plant automatically starts to grow more outwards instead of upwards. Topping once won’t lose any branches and will only extend the veg time by a few days. To do a proper scrog takes some time to fill the entire screen, depending on your footprint.

Hell yeah dude! My first grow was ILGM's super silver haze as well! Awesome to see build-a-soil being used. I watch them religiously. Keep growing! You can only get better.

@Happy_Roots, my friend and I are trying to start an all organic business, so any support and helpful tips are appreciated. Also look up ernest_twwg on this site for he is already doing better than I am.
