McBanane Moin Moin als erstes habe ich den samen10-12h im Wasser liegen lassen. Am Abend dann eingetopft und frisch halte Folie mit löchern über den topf gespannt und die Lampe 24h am tag für eine Woche leuchten lassen da ich leider nicht daheim war.
