It's my first grow, I have 3 plants. Watermelon Zkittelz, grape OG, and Wedding cake. All autoflowers, I'm trying different grow techniques so I tried fimming and topping and one just simple lst.. the watermelon Zkittelz which I'm making this diary for, I fimmed and it's doing amazing, the grape og I topped and that's doing amazing. Cola sites are catching up. I had a minor hiccup on the Wedding cake but overall doing well..oh and I started them all at different times about a week or so apart!

Growth has been amazing ever since I added another 250 watts led light! I'm falling in love with this process!! Any advice is appreciated!!

Another amazing week of growth. Even after some defoliation and I decided to top one of the main colas so see how it responds. So far so good! Edit..I added some photos to be reviewed from community members, top view after topping..thanks for advice everyone..did they recover well?

Another great week, I had to defoil twice during week 5. Excited for this week as I feel the start of flowering is right around the corner!! Couple weeks or so more until the start of the fun stage!

I decided to defoil a week before flower starts..they are recovering well. I was scared as after the defoil they seemed very stressed. Maybe took too much off at one time. My first grow..so I'm learning!! She's grown almost 6 inches in the last 2 weeks..normal growth?

I got my tent so I'm happy!! Plants are happier!! Last week (7) was good growth for filling out after defoilation. I stressed her out from too much defoilation but she bounced back and is shooting out everywhere! Excited to flip to flower as I'm under the impression that I now have photos instead of Autos..time will tell lol!! After having a mold issue a few days into week 8 I got a new bigger pot, better drainage holes, fresh soil, more perlite, opened bottom vents, did some LST as she was stressed anyway and I needed to before flower...she's already recovered only hours later..I love this game..it's a game of inches, seconds, minutes, hours..you can give but you cannot take love!!

Week 9 is going great, after a little stress they bounced back nice..I'm learning as I go and that's the fun part. 3 different techniques on my first run and I'm enjoying each one of them! I will be flipping to flower in a week, excited for that! The watermelon Zkittelz seems to be my best girl so far..at least I'm attracted to her the most for some reason but they all are amazing In their own ways. The mystery strain..either purple punch or grape OG..is the tallest, but I broke one of her main stems and she needed some time to recover so she's getting only minor LST from now on!! Having fun!! Thanks to everyone's help!! This community is truly amazing!! Day 61!! I decided to flip to flower! Idk if it's premature but I said Why not, let's let her run! I'm excited to see her flourish, I hope she gives me half the love I gave her!! I'd be more than happy! Any advice is appreciated and thank you to everyone for the inspiration and advice! Week 10! First week of flower! I was eager and may have jumped the plan I had the other day of waiting another week but after some sound advice from a few people that inspired me to flip them to flower and watch them flourish!! Day 1..fed fox farm trio with some added aloe vera, very little..won't add anymore from here on out..I added some peroxide as well!! I opened the tent this evening and they were praying up to the mary Jane gods!! Just what their daddy wants to see!! Let's get this smoke to the heavens for the loved ones!! Aye!!! Thanks again to everyone who inspires me and has helped me along the way! Oh and I ordered a trellis net so it should be set up in the coming days!! I was going to enter the solo cup challenge with the mini Starbucks cup you see but I didn't realize time was ticking and i may end up throwing her away unfortunately as I dont have a tent to put her in with a light set at the right hours or whatever!! She wouldn't survive on 12 12 or would she? Day 2 of flower - I opened the tent this morning and the girls are reaching for the sky even more! I forgot to mention I made some fresh Aloe Vera tea/juice for the last feeding I did before flipping to flower..next run I'm going to try not using aloe vera on one of my plants to see the differences..I feel the aloe vera has helped my girls alot but I'm not too sure!! Week 1 of flower is in the books! What a great week of growth! The watermelon Zkittelz is by far my favorite of the 3 so far. She's super tough and bounces back with grace every time she's stressed out. SHE LOVES RETURNING THE LOVE I GIVE HER, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE FLOWER SHE PRODUCES!! ( SORRY FOR YELLING. IM EXCITED) LOL! No issues this week other than I sucked up a fan leaf in the vacuum when cleaning the tent..next time I wont clean it with them sitting in there..lesson learned lol. She screamed when the leaf got sucked in..I felt so bad!! I'm almost positive Watermelon Zkittelz finally showed her sex and she's confimed a female..unless you see different but I see tons of white pistils coming from her sites..no balls that I can see. Hey Growmies, I apologize for the lame diary this week. I've been sick on and off the last two months and it's really taking a toll on my body and heart condition. Please forgive me as I'm trying to heal up. I'll do the best I can at updating this as I go along. I'm not giving up! The girls look great, despite not giving them as much attention as id like and they deserve. Great week of growth. I let her do her thing. I did minor LST and some hst on the other girls that I haven't made a diary for yet but will. Day 19 of flower.. week 3 of flower is about to wrap up which is nearing the end of the stretch phase. I was pleasantly surprised with the growth on the Watermelon Zkittelz, I've been putting the most work into her as the technique I'm using requires a lot of attention. Next run I will use tie downs and I'll most likely add a trellis here soon too help hold the heavy colas.. but we will see how it plays out. Looking forward to seeing her buds start to stack before my eyes! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this journey! I've been really sick lately and my girls help keep me going! Day 20 of flower Today went well, I reorganized the tent and cleaned it a bit, I try to clean it once a week or so. I've been hand "drip feeding" one of the girls the last few days. Just an expierment and the plant seems to love it so I'm going to start hand "drip feeding" all of them. I think the Watermelon Zkittelz is going to love some extra food every day! I know us humans do but it's important to make sure the girls aren't stressed and isnt in a nutrient lock out or something. I think it's best when she's running prime! At the end of day 20 of flower I took a video of all the new growth and it was after I reorganized the tent and I feel so much better after doing this. I also turned off all the lights and turned on each light individually so I could see how each light was casting on each plant. This way I know the plants are getting enough light coverage as that is a huge disadvantage of using these budget lights. Excited for the 3rd week to come to an end!! Adding new nutrients next week!! Day 21 of flower ( end of week 3 of flower, 11 weeks from seed ) Grow is going great!! Have a good day!

Another amazing week, stretch is starting to slow down so the stacking begins and I'm pretty happy with how big the buds are considering the set up I'm currently running. Excited to see what happens next! At the start of week 4, I opened my tent to see one of my girls (Watermelon Zkittelz) had fallen over and was on the floor laying against the tent wall. Soil was everywhere and when I picked her up I noticed a few broken branches 😫 what upsets me, I have no idea how long she was on her side broken like this. So I wasted no time, I didn't have any time to waste, and so I taped her up as fast as I could. Cleaned the tent and then tried figuring out how this happened. I'm thinking it was the platform I had her on, along with her being super top heavy maybe? I didn't think she would be so top heavy yet but I think it's the mixture of those two things. Anyway, at the end of the day, she's doing fairly well considering. The branches I taped have responded well so far. We shall see if it holds up! I had another branch off the same plant break in half and I taped her immediately and she seemed to recover fast. She's very resilient! I just realized I was promoted to Aprentice from Newbie!! I hope breaking branches doesn't make me a newbie again 🤣 Cheers to that!! Thank you fam! For the nutrients, this week I added the lovely Aloe Vera Juice I make from my Aloe Vera plant. I also added more of Organic Barley Grass powder I made from Organic Alka Green powder. I used this on one of plants during vegetative stage and she loved it so I've been adding this to my feeding schedule every other week and they girls are loving it so much! So many amazing nutrients are in these tabs. The only reason I decided to use them and expierment was because I was on a very tight budget, still am but anyway I looked in my cabinet for any organic nutrients I could potentially use with my cannabis plants. To my suprise it's worked out amazing!!

Week 4 was pretty solid for overall growth and for bud growth. I think the stretch phase is definitely done and the bud will start to pack on size from here on out. This seems like the fun part but it's becoming very smelly and sticky..extremely sticky. I touch it once and my fingers are glued together. Seems to me that they are all happy!! Normal feeding except for more bloom nutrients and no more adding nitrogen. I needed up buying Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz and gave the girls a nice feeding which they loved! I also bought a trellis net and added it, I also bought fabric pots but wont use until next run. I also got a Govee device to monitor humidity and temp better so I can dial in the VPD! Learning so much and VPD is definitely one of the most important aspects to dial in! So far so good this week! I'm loving the trellis net addition! Makes it look so nice! Thanks for any advice!!

Don't mind the bad pictures, I used my phone camera when I should've used my new camera... Week 5 Was another good week. Not much to complain about other than I wish they were a little bigger but considering everything, I'm fairly happy with this run so far. I just started adding the Beastie Bloomz by Fox Farm and the next feeding I will be adding the "Cha Ching" by Fox Farm but I might wait another week to start using that Cha Ching!!! Also I love dialing in the VPD.. it's a game for sure but I definitely see the girls are happier when it's dialed in correctly! Other than that, I added the scrog net and I'm thrilled with it. So far I recommend using one without a doubt! Wish I added one sooner. Next time I will! Growing cannabis has helped me grow as a person inside and out. It gives me self worth when I had none. At times when my mental health would get the best of me I could barley take care of myself let alone cannabis plant.. my PTSD is something I'll deal with for the rest of my life but opening my tent gives me that sense of relief that everything is going to be alright! All of you Growmies on Grow Diaries have helped me tremendously, in ways that sometimes are hard to explain and I know I keep telling people thank you over and over but I can't say it enough! So.. THANK YOU!

Current update: Well everyone I think I made it to harvest. I sure hope so because I'm harvesting tomorrow and honestly with how the last few weeks have gone, I wasn't sure I'd see this through. Not to sound like a baby but I'm just thankful to be at this point in my grow. Next run I will correct the mistakes I made and have my tent dialed in from the start. I guess I've came a loooong way from the Wardrobe Cardboard Box I used as my grow tent for the first month or less. 😂 Also, let's not forget the lights I'm using. I'm thrilled to use a new light on the next run.. I made the decision to return the sf1000 I bought for the next grow and am looking to buy a bigger grow light, probably the light bar style..they seem to produce some nice buds!! Any advice or recommendations ✌️. What I can say is the work is not done yet, the most important part is next..drying and curing!! Stay tuned! Btw the smell is crazy! It's like some pungent stinky feet, sweet berries and sour too.. it's hard to put into words! Drying environment is around 55-60% humidity and 60 degrees.. monitoring on my phone to make sure it doesn't jump up too high or drop too low as I don't have a humidifier or dehumidifier. It took me about an hour to dial in the environment. Hoping it doesn't fluctuate too much during the day. Previous update: So the last couple weeks my health took a turn for the worse and was in the hospital for some time and so the girls didn't get the love and care the need. I'm sure I drove everyone crazy with how many times I asked about how my girls were doing. My Brother and Mom took charge and were able to make sure they were watered/fed while I was gone. It was extremely difficult giving them directions but with that said they did great.. minus the Watermelon Zkittelz.. when I got home she didn't look good at all. Very dry, and the soil was soupy at the bottom.. over watered and possibly in a nute lock out. I'm not sure. When I get some energy tomorrow I'll post more pics. When I got home and noticed the Watermelon Zkittelz was in soggy soil I decided to carefully transplant her into a newer bigger pot. I know this is frowned upon but I don't think leaving her in that environment would be the better of the two. I hope she's okay. After a day in her new pot she already started looking better. We shall see... 🤞 Also I had added Cha Ching into her feedings and so while gone my brother and mom fed them their first dose of Cha Ching from Fox farm.. I'm not sure how I like the results so far. Maybe too much Nitrogen.. the girls are very green. What is your opinions or advice!? Thanks for stopping by and please pray for me and my girls! Thank you!
