2nd Grow ever!

Hi Growmies! Happy to be part of this community. So this week I realized I had two issues with my girl. First I noticed the leaves were curling in, which is what my photos are highlighting. So I did a little googling and realized it's most likely due to Nitrogen toxicity. But I also realized as I inspected closer, that the little specks on the leaves were critters! I never had bugs on my first grow so it didnt occur to me at first. It ended up being thrips, the little bastards. Got some neem oil and some organishield and am hoping that takes care of it. I was about to flip to flower but I decided to get these issues sorted out before I make the switch over so I dont risk damaging the buds.
