What could be the cause of those brown spots ? pH has been over 7 because of organics fertilizers, could that be it ?
Solved
Leaves. Color - Dark-brown

A pH over 7 is not good at all.... what you're seeing is a calcium deficiency which was probably caused by the pH problems BUT I notice that you've also said something about giving them more P & N? You don't indicate what nutes you're giving or the amounts but a nitrogen toxicity will also cause a calcium deficiency. Plants in flower need less nitrogen that they need in veg so don't over do that nutrient... Add some calmag and definitely keep the pH down between 6.0 and 6.5. Good luck....

F31 23/01/2023 She is stacking up ok but clearly having big issues. Never before had the weird brown spots appear, and it's growing. Gave her some more calmag today and hoping to just give her water at 6.2 pH during this week together with bacteria and maybe some N at half dose

F37 29/01/2023 a very slow finisher, she still has a long way to go, I'm doing only bacteria for now Environoc401 hoping that it solves the problems on feeding and accumulating salts and wrong pH a couple of times. Next time will start from a more homogeneous soil all plants

F58 19/02/2023 foxtailing at full throttle, weirdly it is just on her so I guess it's not the lighting or heat. Finishing slow and ripening very slow, smell is still weak and it doesn't have many trichomes yet. Smell is good tho, just very little of it. Also purple stems make it seem like something is very wrong with her, could be a lot of things, now it's just riding it until she can't keep on going

Some sadness was harvested when discoring a big Cole with bud rot, managed to save some but most got in the trash, still a nice smoke, and a nice smell. Nothing super strong. But she grew quite a bit and was easy to trim
