They look good already, but wait until they're <75% orange hairs, the feeding leaves should be sucked dry by the bud (they turn yellow and fall off) and the bud should be consuming the remaining leaves. Rushing is ruining months of work, by the way, beautiful structure.
I also recommend another week of nutrients and another week of water, and if you can let them dry out the last few days and give them a drink about 3 hours before harvesting, you're going to be amazed.
It's better to err on the side of harvesting late than early (personal opinion), keeping in mind, of course, that when you harvest it's not the peak of maturity, but after drying, the plant continues to mature until it's dry.
