Recovered well from topping at 6th node. LST is underway. She is beginning transition to flower. Cut veg feed this week and began flower feed. Growth seems a little slow, but this has been a rough winter for a basment grow. She is still performing quite well in the colder temps. I like to give my autos 6 hours of darkness each day, but with the colder temps Ive switched to 24/0 to maintain heat. Cut back exhaust inline to retain heat as well as currently there isnt much smell to exhaust. Weather should warm up by the time shes in full flower and I can adjust back into my normal light schedule and air movement.
Mimosa Cake in first week of flower. Growth is much better with temps warming up. Raised humidity with a humidifier to help with the cold temps. LST is coming along nicely. Cleaned up bottom of plant this week. Hoping to see a little stretch this week. So far internodle spacing is great, so dont want too much stretch.
Not much vertical growth this week. Heading into week 3 flower. Buds are forming quite nicely. Trichomes appearing early. Should be a very dense coating by end of cycle. Smell is becoming more noticeable. No deficiencies in grow so far. Stalk and limbs are extremely stout and strong paving the way for huge nugs.
Excellent bud development this week. Still packing on trichomes like crazy. Set light schedule back to 20/4 since temps are warming up inside and out. Starting week 4 flower and feel like bud structure will begin this week and weight start to pack on.
Steady bud development. Short and stocky. Very strong limbs ready to support massive buds. Been a plain water and Fish Shit week in order to bring medium EC down a bit. Heading into week 4 flower and Im impressed. Wouldve liked to see this cultivar get longer limbs since they are so stout, but she might give me the fattest most dense buds to date. Smells amazing. Very leafy and totally different pheno than the other 2 Mimosa Cakes in the tent. But she was the quickest to sprout and fastest growth rate.
Weight starting to pack on. Buds are dense and coated with trichomes. Has a very sweet citrus smell. Watering every other day, but feeding every 3rd water. 2 to 3 weeks left til harvest.
Fade setting in. Very beautiful purple and yellow. Plant is very leafy and buds arent visibly popping out, but they are in there and very dense. Very trichome dense buds with a sweet citrus aroma. Stalk is by far the thickest Ive seen in an autoflower. Should hopefully see a nice week 7 swell up over the next few days.
Tastes exactly as described. Very fruity. Smells amazing. Good for anytime. Day or night. Very strong cerebral that melts into the body but not overbearing.
Very easy to grow. Ran 3 at once. This one finished 1 week faster but was the smallest plant. Took full strength nutes very well. Didnt stretch much. Perfect pheno for small spaces.
@@resimax, thank you. She is so leafy the buds are hard to see. I was getting concerned, but the last 2 weeks they have really densed up. I have 2 more going of this strain and they are both totally different. The one in a 3 gal bag has the best appearance so I wish Id had done the diary on that one.
@Fast_Buds, absolutely. Im stoked. I have one on Forbidden Runtz that isnt completed week to week due to a surgery I had. But Im still updating it and almost ready to harvest. This diary will be solid tho!
Happy growing friend, I’m currently growing Mimosa cake with 4 strawberry pies she such a lovely plant to grow. She will start to explode in growth soon for you. You will see she can get very big 🌱💚🙂
@StickyFingers90, nice. Im hoping she pushes thru the cold weather. Hard to control when its 8 degrees. I have 2 more the same age and they are little and slowly growing.
