SLABB Plant is still growing tall (added bamboo support) with pre flowers forming. Not sure if this is an auto or photo if someone could lmk it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I’m not sure if my current plant is an auto or photo. It has developed pre flowers after about 7 weeks. I’m waiting to see if more pistols form but would appreciate any advise
Hey so after reviewing your profile it's more than likely a photo. If she was already flowering indoors when you haven't flipped our lights then it's more than likely an autoflower. But yours is outside and a bad seed like others have mentioned. I'll remove my other answer. Good luck fam!!
Would agree..she's defo a photo..
I see bag seed.
So, when you flip just in thr 1st few weeks watch where the stems break away from the stem will be the V shape. Watch these closely for male pollen sacs or hermits and such. As if bag seed. She got pollinated some way either from exploding pollen sacs r whatever.
Good luck.
This plant is 100% photoperiod. Otherwise it would have shown signs from flowering a few weeks ago already!
Switch the lights to 12/12 to trigger your photoperiod plant to start flowering.
It will take another 10-12 weeks from the moment you switch the lights to 12/12 First 2 weeks preflower and after 8-10 weeks flowering.

SLABB Plants still growing well. Preflowers still forming but still in small amounts, so based on that and other peoples answers I’m going with it being a photo. If anybody has any training techniques they think would help the grow lmk
Looking for any training techniques to boost production of my plant. Space is not really an issue either if anybody could recommend anything I’d really appreciate it.
For a plant growing outside there is no reason for training. The only thing you need to do is put her in a spot where she get as much (direct) sunlight as possible. And feed her the necessary nutrients for every phase. A grow nutrient with enough nitrogen (N) during the grow phase. And a blooming nutrients with enough phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) during flowering. When the buds start to swell (2-3 weeks after you notice the first white hairs) you can add a PK-Booster like PK 13/14 The plant is using the phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) to make the buds.
Training plants is really for indoor growing where you want the light (that is stuck and only shines from 1 direction) to reach all the parts of the plants and buds equally.
Nature did her work to catch as much sunlight and for that be as efficient as possible for cannabis outside. Her shape is made (by nature) to catch as much sunlight as possible.
People might tell you to do LST or defolliation. But really when this would have been the way to go mother nature would have done this with cannabis over the many thousands years of evolution.
Growing inside is a whole different story because you do not work with the elements. You try to fake them as good as possible. But will never be as good as mother nature herself!
Let the plant do her thing and enjoy the show!
