Totally day stuff. Great for doing activities or going social, however how in the "way" you use it, can impact; in water pipes, can be pretty strong and sometimes generate sort of "inner high", going quite introspective; however most of the effect is pretty head high. With higher consumption, can leave a sort of "hazey or dreamy" background effect in your head, that can leave you pretty relaxed, however is not not sleepy relaxed, which is great for me.
