Starting to be concerned about the smell. And the smaller plant has completely stopped any kind of growth. Very freaking weird. I've also been adding honey to every feeding and it I think has been wonderful for it. So the plant that refuses to do anything I trimmed it and got really carried away, she's not flowering so who cares, plus I've given up on it because it just paused growth and won't veg.
Hey.. you really shouldn't defol any autos during the early-mid veg stages.
Only as they they come into pre flower. (You'll see the stigma start, white pistils) then you take away all fan leafs up and down the nodes, leaving the 2 top main ones be on each node to take in energy. ( This will promote your bud to grow nearly the full length of node. Or even as they are autos and the turn around is so quick just do the 1st half where the shoots are close together, (this will give you bud the whole cola).
This is related to fems but the prm is the same more or less.
Your plants look very well. I reckon they'll be 40-60+ cm tall. Good luck.
@gottagrowsometime, in your experience maybe . But i always defol my autos and they get huge . Much bigger than those who grow autos without early defol and training. I avg 6 to 8 Oz per plant . My biggest auto was 1lb which vegged for 50 days and also doing a progressive harvest. Not defoliating autos is an urban myth .
@Boogie_Grows, we live to learn my friend.
Also, if your nodes are growing slow. Remove the smaller leafs as that energy will then be used into growing the nodes. If you have to take fan leafs during veg. Take 1 and leaf the opposite.
But, you shouldn't have to unless your nodes are slow and you're plant is pushing out more leaf than node growth.
Hey @Boogie_grows,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us :)
We hope that you liked growing our genetics, and enjoy the harvest!
Have a good one
