I’d cut off the lower bigger leaves. They usually die off when they need to be chopped off

I used peppermint oil on my first grow. I got it on my plants and it kinda killed them. Try not to get it in your plants

What did you defóliate? I’m scared to, I did last grow and I killed my plants health and growth
