They're not really harmful to a plant unless there's a massive infestation.
They do suck sap from your plant. But, as I said very very little.
There is a recipe you can make up. Or ppl just use a spray bottle and knock them off.
It's the only thing. I know that does that.
Just look it up. But, 95% sure that's what it is.
