Eat colorful vegetables and quality meat(probably the most important part) and stretch

First of all, they need more light ... they're only going to grow minimally under 16 hours of light - they should be getting at least 18 or 20 hours of light every day. If you do nothing else, I think you'll see them really respond quickly and strongly! Everything else looks good ... Good luck!
