This Badazz Og Cheese will be growing in the same box next to my other plant which is a White Og strain. I planted them at the same time on 1/3/2023 around 7 pm and as you can see in the pictures today 1/6/2023 at 6 pm which is when I checked them the Badazz Og has popped out of the soil.
1/13/2023 a week later and This Badazz Og Cheese is looking good standing at 2.5 inches is shorter than its buddy that is growing next to (TheWhiteOg) which is 3 inches even though she was the first one to sprout. Is currently under a 40w led light for 18 hours on and 6 hours off for her first weeks as a seedling. Will be moving her later to her permanent home inside a grow box I made for them under a 400w Mh.
This week for the Og cheese has been a little rough. I noticed that is not that happy as the leaves drop a little and there are yellowing signs. I have her in the same box as her partner which in turn looks like is doing better. Plus this plant doesn’t look like its growing another set of leaves up at the top it looks a little weird. Im doing the same procedure as my other plant and will keep treating them the same in hopes that she will look better in the coming week. I transplanted her this past days from the sprouting small pot into a 1.5 gal. I water every day small amounts instead of completely wetting the soil. Using foop nutes. The temperature ranges from 72-75 f my only issue is keeping the humidity up at a steady rate. Will attempt to fix in hopes this will improve its health. Thats it for this update.
One more week gone by and the Og Cheese seems to be doing better. As you can see on the pictures it is standing up better than last week. Remember how last week I made a comment about her not growing new sets of leaves on the top. Well this week I noticed she started to grow two new shoots instead of one right below the second set of leaves. It’s as if I had trimmed her but on this occasion it happened to be a natural occurrence. Otherwise I’ve been only watering when dry with a mix of FOOP Veg 1, Veg 2, and some FOOP Sweetener. Keeping the temp at an ideal range. With one fan blowing at the top of the canopy. Since were in the middle of winter I have a hard time keeping the right humidity due to me having to have a heater in the box with them running a good amount of time. Mostly when the lights are off. I placed a humidifier in the box as well to give them the moisture they need.
