Yes decarboxylate first, then about 2 hours with coconut oil inside the boiling water pan.
I use it with a syring, because coconut oil is solid at temperatures below 25ºC.
Be careful because when you eat the oil it takes time to feel the effects, but they are stronger and longer, so don't take too much :-) (I've done that!!!), but every person is diferent and feels diferent. Too much for me, could not be enough for you :-)
