So my last grow was a mixed bag, overall worked out ok but had some bud rot and mould that I hope to avoid this time. I now have a dehumidifier I will utilise late in flower to hold down the humidity. I also now have 4 small fans for very effective air circulation. I also realised on the last grow I should have been much more aggressive in defoliating fan leaves and lollipopping lower growth. However a number of aspects of the last grow were very successful, I intend to follow the same topping and training regimen. Below are the descriptions of each strain from the vendor: Buddha Seeds - Morpheus: "Morpheus is an Indica dominant hybrid, with relaxing and soothing therapeutic properties, thanks to its high CBD content. Buddha Seeds worked hard to stabilize the THC and CBD levels in a 1: 1 ratio of up to 20% of total cannabinoids. It is the solution for the contemporary user who aims to obtain important productions together with high percentages of THC and CBD. Other important characteristics of Morpheus are its branched and balanced structure and a powerful growth that culminates in a resinous flowering. In the last weeks of flowering, you can see at a glance the abundant trichomes covering the flower, offering that special and desired look, adding up to its citrus flavors that make this variety a delight for the most demanding users." Dutch Passion - Orange Hill Special: "Orange Hill Special is an exceptional Orange Skunk selection, a new addition to our ‘Orange’ family. She was developed with genetics from our much loved Orange Bud and Californian Orange varieties, two stable customer favourites which date back to the 1980’s. Breeding took place through 6 generations to ensure a stable and strong Orange Skunk with lots of orange hairs at harvest, generous yields and a citrus flavour. This is 50% indica/50% sativa with a 21% THC level which produces a great high with a solid and pleasurably relaxing body stone. Plants typically stay short, around 1 metre, with lots of sticky buds on the side branches. This is the bushiest and best yielding member of our Orange family. Feeding is light initially, but in bloom she can take strong feed and take 8-9 weeks to finish. Outdoors in warm climates she finishes around mid-October (mid April in Southern Hemisphere). Yields are generous and can be up to 450g from a well grown plant. This is highly recommended for fans of the Orange family, and everyone else, a genuinely special variety with great yields. Developed and produced by the breeder who created Power Plant, The Ultimate, Skunk #11, Euforia and Master Kush. Available in feminized or regular seeds."

I made a modification to the reservoir this time round, adding a hose port thing. It's connected to a small length of hosepipe that goes right to the bottom middle of the reservoir. It makes draining and refilling the reservoir very easy and the funnel slots in nicely to add nutrients, etc. Pleased that all 4 seeds have germinated at the same time. This is in contrast to the last grow where I had lots of issues with germination. I suppose it's a good omen. The light is currently at 20% intensity, will be turned up to 40% soon

A lil bit of yellowing on one of the Morpheus plants but I'm not too concerned, other than that everything going well. Didn't bother draining and refilling the reservoir this week, just added some nutrients and a bit more silver bullet

So one of the Orange Hill Special plant looks very stunted and unwell. Not sure what;s wrong with it. Also the Morpheus plant at the back has a lot of yellowing but seems to be recovering. I have topped both Morpheus plants and will be tying them down soon.

The poor OHS is now looking better, I don't think I gave the seedling enough time to establish itself before turning up the light and ventilation. The roots had not yet properly reached the water. Will not make this mistake again. The second Morpheus plant has some crispy leaves, not sure if this is a form of nutrient but or due to low humidity. I'm aware that humidity should be around 60% during veg so much higher than it is now but I've never had issues resulting from low humidity before. I might fill some containers with water around the plants to evaporate and increase the humidity. Despite all the issues currently faced I still think we're in for a solid harvest.

Flipped the plants to flower. Switched to bloom nutrients and added Sumo Active Boost. Both Morpheus plants are looking good, the back one that had some crispy leaves seems to be doing fine. The front Orange Hill Special plant is looking good, the back one is still small but looks much healthier now. I topped her still because I was worried she might shoot up during stretch. I defoliated and re-tied the larger OHS plant and both Morpheus plants, removing all fan leaves that were blocking the new shoots.

So the 2 Mprpheus plants have grown into monsters, especially the one at the back. The OHS 1 plant is doing OK, nice structure. Not sure if I'll keep the other plant, the Morpheus 2 plant might completely over grow it. I think next week I'm gonna use the scrog to appropriately space out the colas. I defoliated the plants removing loads of fan leaves and removing lower growth. Will probably defoliate again next week, In the past I've not defoliated enough.

THIS IS A FLOWERING WEEK NOT VEGETATIVE Looking good going into the next week of flower. I've defoliated both Morpheus plants, removing most growth beneath the canopy and removing many fan leaves. I've removed a few fan leaves on OHS 1 to uncover the pre-bud sites. I'm probably going to remove the stunted OHS plant since the Morpheus 2 is probably going to grow right over it. Should be seeing pistils forming in the next couple of days

Sorry I was away for a bit. Spilt a pint of beer and then a pint of water on my laptop and had to get it repaired. Lost everything on my SSD so tryna build back. We're now in the penultimate week, i'm using Dragon Force from Shogun for a final boost before I flush next week. I have added a dehumidifier into the mix. Had some issues initially with the reservoir filling up to quick and emptying it being a pain so I attached the pipe to drain water back into the oxypot. Unfortunately I connected it badly and it leaked into the tent creating a spicy situation. I managed to mop up the water and reconnect it so it now drains correctly into the oxypot. It seems to be working. I had it set to 50% these last few days and it reduced the RH from 70% to 51%. I've now set it to 40% to try and boost that last minute resin production. Got 4 clip on fans and the airflow relatively high to keep the air as fresh and dry as possible. Had some rot on the last crop, determined to not let that happen this time. I removed the second OHS plant because it was stunted and the 2nd Morpheus plant was so large she could use the space and has done nicely. The morpheus 2 is dominating the space but has absolute monster colas so I forgive her. There's this mutant bud pictured. Wasn;t sure what was going on so after doing some research it seems it's either polyploidism or fasciation. I'm not exactly sure how to tell the difference but it looks cool as hell and I've excited to harvest, trim and smoke that badboi.

Flushing week, all looking good. Big chunky buds, can't wait to harvest. That Giant Morpheus plant is something to behold. Shame the other plants ended up so small
