So nothing much to add this was a winter season trial the seed has popped and sprouted not the fastest in seen but not bad for the current temperature here in the UK it is now in the soil mix soaking up the sun and the light will be extended by an hour or two just to help growth just a small led nothing fancy this is just a trial to see what happens growing quiet cold climate and less sun but the day light is increasing daily and the temperature but I know the uk and rough days will Be ahead

So last night was cold extremely to the point my plant froze ouch!!! What can I do to A ensure it don't happen again cheaply and B help it revive ?

It says your growing in a green house so it's probably going to be pretty difficult to ensure your plants don't freeze in the winter my friend. Especially cheap. All I can think is insulation and reflection like Mylar to increase the light concentration and hopefully the heat. Other than that I would move them inside and get a tent and a Led going asap. Few hundred bucks and you won't worry ever again. Hope this helps.
