Day 9 and she is doing really well. Hoping for the best under a p300 platinum led. 3 gal pot with sunshine coco mix. Drinking about 5 oz per day. Stoked to see what she can do. This is my first grow ever so be kind and any helpful info you have please pass along
She is a Little light green, feeding it same as others and they are dark green so maybe the strain. Going to name her Gouda. I do Not have enough experience to tell if something is wrong with the nutrients or that's just her normal color. So I'm not going to change anything. Please chime in if you know the answer. Added some sand to the top layer to keep nats from getting into coco. Lil effers
Week 3 and Looking lighter green than the other 2 Flash sisters. Maybe they have been picking on her. Pillow fights when I'm not looking I'm sure of it 🙈Anyway just feeding and waiting and feeding and watching and waiting and playing with they sand on top is my new favorite past time when lit😎Zen garden
Had to calibrate my ph pen it was off by one whole point. So I thought it was getting 5.7-5.9 when I was really giving it 4.7-4.9 Effff me right. It's a good ph pen just needed to calibrate it every effing other day. Effffffff!
The Cheese is rolling along nicely. Blowing up and catching her big sister. I think she might get tied down too😳. Stayed tuned to see lst
Day 28- changed the nutrients from veg to bloom. Using per gallon ...5ml FloraNova Bloom
5 ml diamond nectar, 3 ml cal Mag. 1/4 tsp of great white. The newer leaves look like top burn so will dilute the gallon of nutrients with a 1/4 gallon of water next feed.
Day 29- Looking like the stretch has kicked in a bit. Taking up most of the space in my tent with three girls tucked in nicely.
Day 35- like the way she smells. Cracked a branch and tied it together looks like it is healing nicely. We will see how it turns out in the long run.
Day 40- told her to say Cheese when I took the pictures, she said that was to cheesy of a joke. 🙊🙈
Day 44- Cruising along nicely, she was getting bushy so I thinned her out. It always feels bad pulling off leaves but then you can't stop once you get start. 🙈 Like bag of your favorite chips.
Day 47- slowwwww prolly going to be a while for this one to be done. Big and tough, I super cropped the main stem and she didn't blink. I told her she has to stay smaller or I'll bend her over again. 💪
Day 52- stretched like a MF and had to cage it. Tried to take over my small tent and I said "NO". I think I stressed her out bc she is super behind compared to the flash seeds next to her.
Day 62- wellllllllll this thing just stopped... not sure why (may be lack of experience) but something tells me I shouldn't have lollipoped her and definitely shouldn't have deleaved so much at one time. Maybe finicky too...SMH
Day 70- LOOks the same as week 9 so no pictures. But I have a feeling week 10 there will be quite a big difference. ESPECIALLY since she will be getting 12 hours of light instead of just 5 hours.
She's is getting bigger now! So stoked to see her kicking ass again. I had to take her out to Let the other two finish. Took over the whole 3x3 gorilla tent. Looking like sativa buds and smells like sour cheese. But in the best way possible...kinda like lemon sour patch kids mixed with your favorite cheese. ☺️
This week not much change except foxtails and some amber trichomes. Thought would have been done by now but that's not the case. Keep tuning in to see how big this beast will get. More buds on top of buds at this point.
UPDATE : We have Density!!!! It took forever but she is finally getting more and more dense every day. Day 95 . No ambers yet and still getting new white pistols everywhere. This thing is Massive I'll post more pictures soon.
Day 98- This thing is HUGE! Started getting dense about 5 days ago and packing on serious weight and trichomes. The Flipping Flop is On my Dudes 🤗 Mammoth P 💥 🐘
Day 100- CHOPPED. Wish I had more time for this girl to get more ambers but she's pretty much done with all cloudy trichs couple amber here and there. With vacation on the horizon I had to chop her down. Hung her upside down full plant together. More pictures to come whenever she's done drying. Can't wait to fill out the harvest and smoke report
The Cheese was a fun one to grow getting super big and have to super crop it twice. Smells of cheese and earlthy herbs. When smoked it has a strong taste and a little pungent in the back of the throat. Hope fully this strain get some more stable... if it does I'll get it again. Not bad for a free seed.
@AlaskanGrownCaliRaised,it's in the people's head, like a placebo effect, the dark period is a myth, you can try to buried a placenta under a full moon to, it would be the same.
No one is smarter than Mother Nature bro 😉 Now, seriously, if you wanna increase oil/resin, give it a heat stress, she will produce more oil/resin to protect herself against the heat, this is how Nature works 😉
@TheFairyBudMother, from all the people I've spoken to, it seems to bring on more resin and I've noticed that the smells increase, like more potent when you open up the tent.
Weird strain growing it aswell. Leaves turned yellow here ph is 6.3 bang on, got everything going, was giving up hope on the plant, but she is stacking ok sized buds now and finally showing trichrome production. Just be patient and expect 8weeks actual flower. Lighter sized main cola lots of buds but no decoloring of pistils yet.
@Lakss, thank you for the input. I've almost given up hope and then got an idea... I am putting the cheese in the light for 6 hours a day... until the other two are done then she will have the whole tent to herself and I can really bush her out.
Thank you. Flash seeds are awesome so far. I'm going to run two more each of the Kush van stitch and Onyx Reloaded. I think they would have finished faster if were to have put the lights on 18/6 the whole time.Or even 16/8. Or even feeding them NovaBloom the whole time.
