Be vigilant about your pH... water and nutes need to be pH'd between 6.0 and 6.5 - if you don't currently have any way of measuring that, get something... if you don't maintain the right pH, you could have the best nutes, the best lights, the best of everything else and your grow will be miserable.
Don't overwater - overwatering is the state of being constantly wet, NOT the amount of water you give at any one time. Make sure they are completely dry before giving them anything more. And, when you do start your nutes, practice the routine of water/feed/water/feed...
For autoflowers, start your nutes at about Week 2 or 3 and start them slowly - 1/4 strength to see if they're going to be tolerated. If they are, you can increase the dosage but I've never seen an autoflower that can stand full strength nutes ... with them, less is more.
But I will repeat once again: pH, pH, pH...
Good luck!
