Your VPD is a bit high. If you are running a 28c room and your RH is around 61% then your VPD is around 1.44KPa. i would actually recomend increasing RH by another 5% during veg but make sure you have a good airflow set up help avoid the Botrytis. The other option would be to lower the room temp by 5c. You should be looking for a vpd value of around 1.25KPa. Good luck to you.
