Time flies when you're having fun. I am actually later than I wanted with germination. I am attempting to start a perpetual grow. I smoke a bunch more than I realized 😋 especially as the quality of the weed increases. Looking for some high energy Sativa leaning plants. So much to digest. 🙏🙏🙏These plants (fem) and seeds from Expert Seeds. My first run was not real successful. It was a number of mistakes compounded by hot humid weather. The little bit I did harvest was a great smoke and I was very, very impressed with the smell. To me, exactly like blackberry fruit or blackberry muffins and very strong. Nice, sweet 😛 flavor and bouncy high. I hope this wasn't a one off pheno. in the first grow. Ok, so I don't see many people talking about them, but this is my second time using Neptune seed bank. I am 100% satisfied! Orders received quickly and discreetly. I have received freebies and stickers not expected with both of my orders. Prices are equal variety is vast. I germinated by placing in a glass of water for approx. 18 hrs. then between cotton pads misted with water placed in Ziplock's with 1/4 size hole left in zip for air. I also mist a couple of times in bag. Leave until short tails appear then into Root Riot cubes surrounded by ex. clay. Note: like anything else there seems to be an optimal level with the moisture. For me, at least, I start out with a pretty moist setup. For whatever it's worth, all strains in this run included, some seeds sank some seeds floated, some were large, and some were tiny but all seeds from all companies germinated. I did have to soak 2 seeds for an additional 8 - 10 hrs. and then they developed tails.

Up and growing. A little leggy but off to a good start. Whoa...haven't bought a light yet. I have decided though. Medic Grow EZ 8. With a little luck it will be in and set up within a week. I would like to get all of the girls into their final homes. Just finishing new flower room. I should have enough space for at least 8 plants. At least for now, I like being able to move around on all sides of the plants. Gonna try the hands-off approach again. Especially during seedling and early veg. I don't know if this is optimal, but it is working for me now. Hands off for now being no nutrients and no "hot" soil until transplant into final homes whether it be soil or Hydro. I have used dechlorinated ph'd tap water (to 6.8 @ 250ppm out of tap only). Just enough to keep the Root Riot and expanded clay moist. I am using a DIY light that currently produces around 80w.

Grow girls 👧 💕 grow. A tad leggy still. Maybe my DIY light is weaker than I thought. Maybe the Sativa in them. I'll take care of this in a few days when I get light and move to final pots. I want them in now. Just ph 💧 water, light and love. I have high hopes for these ladies. 2 weeks in and they are showing some nice leaf sets.

So far so good. I get so very nervous during this stage. Really, I stay on edge all the time. They are sort of tender now. So, I try to handle with care. Actually, I just make myself leave them alone. It's been said that the plant has enough natural nutrients to fed it for the first 3 - 4 weeks. That could be debatable if you were trying to achieve a "perfect" grow but I have better luck if I just give the plants water and light for the first 3-4 weeks. Now that said. Mine are a little pale and they want some nutrients. I transferred all the seedlings to their final home. These two plants have gone in "homemade" soil, 5- and 3-gallon buckets. I have no idea about the NPK or Ph of my soil (I know) but I plan on stabilizing with feedings. The soil composition is mainly coco, perlite and very little humus and "homemade" soil so I should be Ok... I hope? Anywho, I am just watering around the root riot cube and the cube itself. Very little water. No need to get all that unknown soil in the game yet. Micro doses are my plan. Oh, I sprinkled some mycorrhizae in the area where I transplanted. They are in my New 6x6 Flower Room where they will Veg and flower under the Medic Grow EZ-8 1000w light. After this grow I hope to use this room just to flower perpetual grows. Haven't had time to experiment with light yet as far as distances and power. It has % dimmer switch and I don't have it on 100%. I just got everything set up. So for the next couple of days I will try to keep PPFD around 500. ANYBODY have any thoughts? In about a week I will begin giving full line of nutrients.

Alright, fingers crossed with these girls this is my second attempt. My first attempt was not good. It was a victim of neglect, pests, stress, humidity... you name it. I am convinced this cultivar has potential. Maybe just a starry-eyed beginner. They are very sensitive to nutrients. I will attempt to be conservative. The ugly leaves are not a concern right now because I am relatively sure that the deficiencies that I see are from germination, transplanting and them wanting Nutrients before I wanted to let them have em. Looking at the emerging leaves they are smooth, consistent healthy green color and are showing some vigorous growth. I hope to leave ugly behind. These are in a homemade soil... I am guessing about its NPK, so I have to be careful, at first, with what I add. I am not saturating the entire pot yet. Just not confident enough with soil. I really hope the smell is as good as my 1st grow sole survivor. Heat is going to be an issue with this grow if I don't address it very shortly. I think I am going to try a window unit located in this room and vented under the house to a crawlspace. This might solve both temp and humidity issues associated with my region. It may actually give me a considerable amount of environmental control over this room (flower) and adjacent room (Veg).

Rock and Rollin. Well, at least they are off to a good start. I am trying to get sort of dialed in on the Lotus Nutrients. I enjoyed using them in the last grow for the first time. Results were very good. I want to try in hydro one day. Plants look healthy. Greening up nicely. I water when they dry out, which is almost every other day if they are thoroughly saturated to start with. I am going to start Preventive Pest spraying this week. I am terrified of spider mites and pests. They got me 2 times a go. Increased PPM slightly. They will need some topping and defoliation in several days. Still going to use sort of a hands-off approach. Oh... I installed very small window A/C helps a bunch both with Rh and Temp. I do want a slightly larger one though. This one is old and it is not that efficient. But I am broke and it's what I had on hand. Fingers Crossed!

These girls are growing great. Finally, getting to the color I like and looking fairly peak. Really, quick grow under the new 1000 watt light. I have been vegging for about 60 days. I could probably turn all these plants to 12-12 now. However, I haven't cut Burnt Orange Cookies and still drying 3 plants. I guess what I'm saying is I am out of room and short of time. Not to mention all plants are drinking like crazy. Increased ppm. Heat and humidity have given me a break. Not running A/C. Gonna grow for a week or 2 more then switch to flower.

I just took a few leaves. Larger fan leaves. Both plants look a little pale. I believe they love nitrogen. From my last grow, I had assumed that I overdosed them, and they were sensitive to Nitrogen. I am thinking now that was as mis-diagnosed issue and I was underfeeding instead of overfeeding. In my first grow that is. I am getting closer to flower and would love to send these ladies off in tip top shape. I did not decrease the Grow Nutrient in this feeding. Overall, I am pleased I am getting stoked about seeing them stretch. No smell without some substantial agitation and aggressive stem rubbing. If I chose to do so. But I try to leave alone and not stress out. 😮

I only took a handful of large fan leaves. Color is coming back to the leaves. They are beginning to "green up" just a little bit. Leaving a little more Grow than I would to see if they are lacking Nitrogen. Might not be Nitrogen after all. Any adjustments will be in very small increments. Showing some nice bud sites. Both plants are a manageable size and I anticipate a substantial stretch. At least the one survivor from my first attempt decided to stretch to the sun and got really tall. She was not topped, as these are so I am hoping for a little less height. I did add some more bloom to max ppm out. Probably going to try to increase light intensity to 100% from 80%. This is a new light and I want to dial it in without stressing the plants out too much. We will see how it goes. Do me right girls!

Not a bunch going on here. These 2 plants are both girls and stretching very nicely. Just starting to see some buttons forming so I anticipate that the end of stretch is getting close. Both these plants are a good size for me. Easy to handle, compact, but robust with good numbers of bud sites. This 2nd grow is going much better so far... to include plant size. Not much smell. However, I haven't fooled with them much either. I will defoliate very little for the next few days and then I think these 2 girls will be ready to turn for the barn. Initially, I though this Cultivar did not like nutrients... more specifically nitrogen. They get pretty pale, pretty quickly and about the only thing they respond to is Nitrogen and Mag. Now I am being cautious at this stage of the game because too much nitrogen is very easy to do at this point. No color yet, everything nice and green with some light streaks of purple in the stems. Overall, I am happy with thier condition. Oh, I about forgot. I did spray one last time for Preventive Pest Control. Also, happy that the lady bugs are back in the yard. I have captured several and hope to start a colony now that I am attempting a perpetual grow. So far, fingers crossed, I have only had some small problems with spider mites and I thinks that the lady bugs love them. Hopefully so. Thanks for checking me out. I'm getting ready to smoke some of the Burnt Orange Cookies. I think they are finally ready. I think they have been hanging for about 25 days. Making room for Raw Genetics "Southern Zlush" and In House Genetics SlurriKing. I wanted Applelicious but you "Grow Hogs" bought them all, the day before I order. Going to plant again in about 70 days. If you care too... give me a suggestion or two for my late/summer grow. Thanks again.👌

These ladies are beginning to form nice little buttons. Plants are healthy, still fighting some color issues. Increased the Cal-Mag just a bit. They have developed into great plants. One is sort of bushy and compact and the other is a little leggier. I'm not sure which one but one of the girls is beginning to smell incredible. Really not a whole lot to do. I picked a few leaves just a few more need to go and these will make a dash for the finish line. No color. Nearing end of stretch. No real pattern for watering. Fairly random. Heavy watering one day with and without Nutrients, light nutrients just whatever. They get watered most every day right now but if humidity rises sometimes they may dry down for a day or two. Added a few more lady bugs. I haven't seen any on the plants yet, but I am fairly sure that they are there.

Plants both shaped and looking a little different. One sort of squatty and bushy and the other is a little lankier. I'm just not sure how these girls grow. They have been a little from start and I am starting to see some bright yellow leaves on one and some fading on the other. Might just be an early fade. I just don't know. I did give them just a small amount of Micro hoping to luck out and get a darker color on them. They seem healthy. I am even impressed with how the buds are stacking up on both. Blackberry smell is coming on more every day. Everything said, I am not changing much. Slowly gonna decrease the Nutrients each week till 0 at flower. Fingers crossed to get these girls home soon and healthy.

Sweet... Moonrocks doing it up good. Can't really get them green and I think I have lost my window of opportunity. This grow has definitely gone better, but these girls can be some work to grow. I think this run is going to produce some great bud, however, after two grows I still don't think I have them dialed in. Now the reward for busting these babies is worth the headache. My girls are rocking with blackberry muffin type smell. This is the exact nose I got from my first grow. It has been my favorite grow, since I started back, because of this consistent smell. Nug are chunking up great. Some really healthy-looking structure. No color yet. just a sort of light-colored green. Slowly decreasing Nitro and leaning toward the bloom and boost comp. Nutrients. Hoping for some nice results.

These 2 had kinda hid in the back corner and packed on some weight. I noticed last week that the girls looked like they were picking up a little bulk. You know????... the leaves are pretty looking, the buds are fattening, and the plants appear to be healthy. I'm a little skeptical because of my last grow with these and because I guess I'm a hypochondriac, for my plants, and convinced that something has been a little off from germination despite the fact of a very healthy grow rate and appearance. Is this just "late flower fade" ... I know the "S" word, or is it something much more sinister like a deficiency? Just when I thought the smell couldn't get any better, it did. At least in intensity. I know many companies have great strains with great smells and I hope I get to try them all. But these plants smell exactly like a blackberry muffin. I have heard super great things about Humboldt's Blueberry Muffin and other of their lines. I hope to run soon. Listen... I have smoked Dog Shit weed for the majority of my life. When I re-entered, the cannabis growing game, about a year ago, after retirement I did not believe all the hype about smells and tastes of quality cannabis. I WAS WRONG and this strain is just one of many great examples. While I am not on board 100% when it comes to taste, maybe I just haven't upped my growing game enough. Both plants are really looking nice and full. The buds and the amount they grew in a week really did surprise me. These girls look sexy to me. I can't wait 🙀. That is, if they're not dying? 😃😘😃 Oh, did I mention that I... yes me and my continuing battle with valves flooded the basement where I grow. I figured somewhere in the neighborhood of around 200 gallons.😖 I surrender. 😵 Man... my dumb stoned ass can't remember to turn the reservoir fill valve off to either one of my systems. Maybe one day. I may have mentioned this before but it has occurred to me, thru much experience, that valves are much like women. Most are not very difficult to operate and figure out but don't ever make the mistake of fucking with more than one at a time. TRUST THIS OLD GOAT (OG) IF YOU DO... YOU ARE JUST BEGGING FOR TROUBLE.

Despite my constant concern these girls have turned into the stars of the grow. Dense, and numerous buds forming, with nice trichome production in full swing. Just picking some of the worst looking and largest leaves at this point. I have already carried on too much about the smell. I will say that both smell great, but one is considerably stronger than the other. You know? these yellowed early on, in flower, I was convinced it was a "MyMade" mistake that caused some terrible problems. I think now it was/is just early senescing. The plants act healthy. I just don't have enough experience yet to be confident. Dialed back PPM. I hope I can hold these smells when the make it to the jars. I thinking these are going to finish faster than the other strains in this grow. I think is Moonrock is a more Indica leaning which might support this theory. "Any way she does it that's the way I want it" I'm ready! Thanks for stopping by, any comments or suggestions are always welcomed.

Getting my money's worth out of the Moonrocks. I think they are getting close to harvest. I have been worried about these from the start, still not 100% that I gave them their best shot. Each plant looks a little different, but both smell great! Slowing down on nutes and I can tell they are slowing on drinking. Forgot and left lights at 20% for 5 days. Backpacking trip to N.Carolina Mountains was fantastic. Not killing all my plants was a big plus. Get fat girls!

I realize that I make bunches of mistakes in my grows. This one included. At some point all plants in the tent got too much of something. Having said that these girls have/are turning out very nice. One has dropped more leaves, but both are really stacking on some weight and retaining that beautiful blackberry smell. Not tons of frost but a good amount and building more each day. Very sticky. Reservoir change. I reduced nutrients down to nothing. Around 650 ppm. I am getting really close on these ladies. Most likely they will be the first in the tent to harvest. I am very excited.

Stacking up fairly nice. Will be harvesting shortly. Not sure about the yellow and brown crispy leaves. Oddly enough all the plants in the room both soil and hydro did the same thing at the same time. I use different nutrients and mixes in hydro and soil. I don't know this whole grow has been different than my first couple. I just got away from me. Both plants smell great and have produced some very solid and heavy nuggs. Trichomes are clear to slightly cloudy. You have me at cloudy to just amber. Thanks for the viewing. Comment if you have anything to say. Peace Growmies! 🙏

looking good my man. That short stalky one you got there looks identical to the moonrocks I grew and she is the smelliest plant I have grown to date so get ready 😉

@DoubleDsTrees, Thanks so much. They are shaping up nicely. Odd that you say that, about smell, because that is exactly why I am growing again. Now... not real experienced in the grow smells but I have sniffed a bunch weed in my lifetime and this some of the most fragrant I have ever smelled. I was moving around a day or two ago and agitated one... I had to do a double take... starting to rock that smell again. I am excited. 😛👽
